Sales and Return Policy
Shipping and insurance charges are in addition to the prices listed and will be communicated according to the destination.
Every shipping is insured.
Our customers are responsible for being in compliance with regulations from their respective countries.
The satisfaction of our customers is a priority. We describe and photograph each item as accuretly as possible, emphasizing on pronounced wear and tear. Additional descriptions or pictures will be gladly provided if you think it is necessary. We do not want you to be disappointed.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have 2 days from the date of receipt to notify us by e-mail and 10 days to return it, in the same condition as received.
You will then get the refund of your purchase, minus shipping and insurance charges.

Payment.
We accept PayPal, money orders, cheques (must clear the bank before shipment can be made), direct wire transfers but prefer the latter.

Wood items
Most ancient Chinese wood items ( typically masks) bear the marks of previous insect infestation. This is of no consequence all pieces having been treated.

Masks
Masks are usually sold without stands. However, a stand can be specifically made for an additional fee. Please inquire.
