Exquisite rosewood marble top center table crafted in the 1850s. It is attributed to Joseph Meeks, one of the top cabinet makers in New York of the period. This table is carved on all four sides, each side differently, with beautiful flowers. The knees are also heavily carved, and the center finial is a work of art in itself. Beautiful jasperware wall plaque of a winged lady with a shephard's staff entitled "Pastorale" and signed Stephan Finding and dated 1886. It has very high relief, and the detail is exquisite. This beautiful plaque is one of a pair. The other is also on this web site. They each measure 13" tall x 8" wide in the frame, and 10 1/2" tall x 6" wide without. They are in wonderful condition. They are each priced individually.

Beautiful jasperware wall plaque of a winged warrior holding a sword entitled "Eroian", signed Stephan Finding, and dated 1886. The relief is quite high, and the details are exquisite. This is one of a pair, and they are sold separately. It is in wonderful condition. It measures 13" tall x 8" wide with frame, and 10 1/2" tall x 6" wide without.

This is a lovely rosewood music box with a cylinder that plays six tunes. The cylinder can be replaced and others added, but we only have this one for the box. There is no list of the songs it plays, but it has one of the loveliest sounds of any music box we've had. It measures 27 1/2" long x 11 3/4" wide x 8" tall.

Beautiful solid mahogany American Victorian dining table with heavily carved base. Table measures 60" square when closed. It has six original leaves, each approximately 14" wide, and eight more leaves that fit but are not original to the table. One of the best tables we've ever had the pleasure of selling, this mahogany table is 60" round when closed. There are twelve leaves, each 9" wide, making the table extend to fourteen feet when completely open. There is a center for support when open. The center pedestal is heavily carved with acanthus leaves ending in paw feet. The table is circa 1870. It has been professionally restored and is in perfect condition. Absolutely beautiful sterling charger with openwork and figural cupids playing musical instruments on a 2" border. There is a vermeil wash over both sides of the surface. It is sogned Howard & Co. sterling and measures 1" tall x 9 1/2" diameter and is in perfect condition.

Beautifully carved solid mahogany server by R.J. Horner, New York measuring 72" long x 24" deep x 39" high. The front legs have carved women with garlands of flowers. There are 2 spring loaded drawers in the front. This great piece of furniture is in wonderful condition and will fit beautifully in a dining room or hallway.

Lovely footed round box, the hinged top picturing cherubs around a woman. It measures 5" tall and 5 1/2" wide and is in perfect condition.

Patinated bronze and silver overlay four piece desk set consisting of a large blotter with four bronze corners (one is decorated with silver - the others are plain) measuring 21" x 16", a pen tray measuring 8 3/4" x 2 1/4", a blotter measuring 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" tall and an inkwell with its original insert measuring 4" diameter x 2 1/2" tall. All in great original condition.

Beautiful, very large hand enameled vase by either Moser or Mont Joye. I'm not sure which, as I have seen vases like this attributed to both makers. This one is quite large - 15 3/4" tall x 6" wide at its widest. It is beautifully enameled with purple and white iris on one side, and all white iris on the other. The glass itself is lightly ribbed vertically, and there is gold iris decoration bordering the top, center and bottom. It is in perfect condition.

Heavily carved mahogany settee and chair with full winged griffons on arms, paw feet, and carved, reticulated tops. Probably by either Horner or Karpin. Settee measures 48" tall x 63" wide x 36" deep and chair measures 40" tall x 32" wide x 34" deep. One of the most beautifully carved pieces we've ever had the pleasure to offer for sale.

This is a lovely hanging fixture, circa 1920's done in caramel and blue slag glass and decorated with metal birds on the border. It is in perfect condition, and measures approximately 22" diameter x 14" to top without chain.

Unusual American Victorian hanging fixture with both shade and font decorated with a log cabin on a lake. I've never seen this one before, and it is a lovely hanging lamp in perfect original condition. The shade measures 13 1/2" in diameter x 7 1/2" high, and the lamp measures 42" from top to bottom.

Lovely T&V Limoges cracker jar with flowers painted on both sides and gold trim. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, and measures 8" tall x 6 1/2" diameter at widest part.

Exquisite cup & saucer with a handpainted scene of a lady relaxing in a pastoral setting being serenaded by a cherub playing a mandolin. It is marked Cauldon Ltd. England, and signed Wagner. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The gold is also in perfect condition, with no wear at all. This set has the gold band on the bottom, which I believe signifies that it was a special order.
