The rectangular pouch made of different Persian silk fabrics with cotton lining and two buttons. The kohl etui worked of ruby velvet with raised embroidery in couched metal lamellae, the sides are sewn together. An elegant Chinese snuff bottle made of goldstone glass, dissolving copper particles into the molten glass. The sides with hinted handles. The stopper is made from a jade bead, bone spoon. Condition: stopper with hairline crack and tiny chip (see photo no. 2), traces of usage. Dimension: c. 6 cm.

Nine small brass weights originating from the African Gold Coast. The top decorated with different geometric ornaments as spirals, waves, swastika - one in the shape of a pyramid. An assemblage of a figural Baluchari silk sari end panel fragment, showing two nobles on a strange vehicle, dating around 1800. Edged with a yellow Kashmiri or Persian wool shawl fragment, embroidered with boteh pattern. Once framed and possibly sold as souvenir. Mounted on cardboard. Condition: faded, some losses and stains. Dimension total: 25.4 x 20.2 cm.

A pair of silk applique roundels for a robe mounted on paper, embroidered in Peking knot and gold thread. Showing auspicious symbols and bats, dating to the late Qing period. Condition: slightly faded. Dimension: 20 cm diameter.

Finely potted porcelain dish with milky white glaze, the broad border moulded with ruyi heads. The center with fine depiction of a kirin, painted in green enamel, iron red and some gold. Dimension: diameter: 14.8 cm, 3.1 cm high.

A complete smoking pipe in the Turkish style with red clay pipe bowl, maybe made in Europe, with gilt metal mountings. Stamped. The wooden stem with velvet and metal mountings is ending in a yellow glass mouthpiece. Condition: traces of usage, wear to velvet and gilding, mouthpiece with a chip. Dimension: total length 23.8 cm.

Burgundy red velvet ground with the design of a mosque with minarets below a tughra. Padded embroidery in couched metal thread. Condition: doubtless a fragment, the basic fabric sewn together, the metal threads with patina and some missing and loose ones. Dimension: 35 cm x 33 cm.

A brown/black netting fabric with geometric pattern worked in metal. Very popular around the 1920's. Provenance: old Swiss collection. Dimension: c. 63 x 210 cm, weight: 300 g. Condition: clean, one small hole (see picture no. 6).
