Antique American sterling silver christening cup by the Whiting Manufacturing Company, circa 1890. This elegant large cup has a slightly waited body with a soft, warm finish that has never been monogrammed. In excellent original condition it measures 3.5" tall and 3" diameter at the base.

Rare English, circa 1824, footed Georgian christening mug with a foliate capped double scroll handle. The body is chased and embossed with rose and leaf motif. In excellent condition, it measures about 3 3/8th high b 2 3/4" diameter at the mouth. Hallmarked.

A magnificently hand chased and engraved sterling silver coin purse in a most unusual shape. Dates circa 1875. When opened are 2 slots for coins and a compartment for folded bills or notes on the left. On the right is an oval frame that may have held a photo or mirror. Chinese rose medallion porcelain vase with with 2 dragons. Colors are rich and vibrant. Dating Early Republic it is in excellent condition with just a little expected wear to the gold and measures a little over 6.5 inches high by 3.5" diameter.

A very fine dark brown Yixing teapot with hand carved and applied branch and flower motif. It is signed both under the lid and on the base bottom. In perfect condition, No cracks, No hairlines No restorations, it measures 6" high, 5" pot diameter, and 8" across.

A rare Eastern Han (206 BC- 219 AD) jar with incised decoration about the collar area. All the features one wants to see are found on this rare artifact, such as root impressions, worm tracks, and traces of calcified (petrified) roots. This jar is not the typical molded type made for burial, but was actually used in real life as utilitarian ware for everyday use. The jar is in excellent condition and measures 6.5" high x 7" diameter.

Circa 1900, a lovely Chinese porcelain box featuring a floral theme on all sides with engraved bronze or brass metalwork. In excellent condition including the hinge, this box measures 5" x 3.5" x 2.55".

An exquisite Japanese silk haori with a wintery skiing scene featuring tickets from Tokyo to Akaura and from Kyoto to Ibuki. Made of habutae silk a with woven lining, it can be worn or displayed with either side facing outward. The outside is solid black with 5 mons (family crests). The inside back panel’s weaving includes the use of varying shades of taupe, bronze, gold, black, and silvery gray silk metallic lacquered threads. It is in excellent condition and measures 51" across the shoulders...

This is the rarest cricket cage of its kind to be found, as it is made of tortoise shell, the cap is possible horn and is capped with mother-of-pearl shell on which is a carved four toed dragon that covers a solid gold wire mesh to prevent the naughty cricket from escaping. This cricket cage is in very good antique condition and measures 4" (10.2 cm).

An unusual underglaze blue Chinese cricket jar with charming scenes of a scholar in garden settings. The condition is very good without chips, cracks, or hairlines. Dating circa 1900, it measures 5" across x 3.5" high.

An elegant Art Deco 18K natural (not dyed) Burmese apple green jade stick pin. This high quality perfectly polished translucent apple green jadeite cabochon measures 1/2" or 1.3 cm and is set in an 18K mounting which measures 3/4" long. In excellent condition, the stick pin is not marked but was acid tested. Whole pin measures 2 5/8" long.

A stunning pair of gold gilt mirror image cloisonné hat stands. Often used as vases, the front of each hat stand features a vase of flowers with a peaceful scene of a man in a boat viewing the horizon. The sides and back have assorted images of Chinese scholar article and Buddhist symbols. Ornate English sterling silver picture frame by Keyford Frames. Featuring a heart-shaped opening with with cherubs at each corner, the frame is hallmarked KFD. Backed in very dark purplish blue velvet, it stands 7.5" high at the highest point x 5.5" wide. The heart-shaped opening will hold a 4" wide x 5.5" high photo. A little wear to the velvet at the bottom, otherwise in excellent condition.
