This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1912. There are date ciphers that indicate this date. The set is made of high quality bone china. It is decorated in a Japanese Imari pattern. The decoration is hand painted and ornately gilded. The decoration on the cup and saucer is bold and vivid. There is some slight wear in the well of the saucer. This cup and saucer is in otherwise excellent condition.

These plates were produced in Germany by KPM Royal Berlin Manufactory before 1920. They are 8 1/2 inches in diameter. The porcelain borders are cut out or reticulated in a lattice type pattern. They are hand painted in the style of Meissen. The flowers are colorful and realistic. You can see the veins in the leaves and the texture of the flower petals. Gilding accents the reticulated borders. Chose from A or B or buy them both. Condition: Excellent

These porcelain plates were produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl in 1915. They have a diameter of 9 1/2 inches. The plates are being sold individually. You may choose any plate that you like. They are made of fine, high quality porcelain that is quite substantial. They are hand painted with lovely flowers. There are two with roses on them, a daisy and dogwood. The cobalt blue ground color shades from lighter to deeper hues. These plates will display beautifully. Condition: There are 4 of these plates and all are in excellent condition. They must have only been on display.

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by Meissen before 1920. The diameter of the plate is 10 inches. The plate has a scalloped rim and a deep well. It has the most excellent flower painting. The flowers are bright and realistic. There is a cobalt blue border and fancy gold trim accenting it. The foot ring on the back of the plate has two very minor chips. This plate is first quality and has no other defects.

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer, or KPM, in 1911. The impressed date letter indicates this year. The plate measures 9 inches in diameter. It has a 1 1/2 inch border of the most delicate reticulated work. It has the appearance of the finest lace. The pattern of lattice work and flowers is outlined in gold. The center of the plate is hand painted with a scene of lovers in the woods. A young farm boy has just come upon a sleeping beauty. He has a look of astonishment on his face. The painting is the highest quality in the world of porcelain. The expressions on their faces, the details of their clothes, the balance of design and perspective are painted to highest standards of artistry and design. There is lacy gilding and fine gold trim on the rim. Condition: Excellent, first quality.

This porcelain bowl was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer, or KPM, in 1918. The markings include the iron cross used for that year. The bowl measures 11 1/2 inches in diameter and 6 1/4 inches high. It has a wonderful shape, not round but blown out in four corners, although the bowl is basically round. It stands on an impressive pedestal base. The body of the bowl is hand cut with a basket reticulation. There are large reserves in four areas with realistically hand painted flowers. There is another bunch of flowers directly in the center of the bowl. They are painted in the exquisite manner KPM is famous for. The reserves on the outside of the bowl also have the flower painting. But in addition, there are tiny molded forget-me nots accenting the reticulated work. The rim inside the bowl has blue fish scale designs. There is delicate scrolled gilding and accents in blue. Similar bowls are available but they are smaller in size and later in production. The quality of painting and manufacturing process shows the experience and aesthetics from over 100 years ago. This is an extraordinary work of art in porcelain of the highest quality you would be proud to own. Condition: Excellent without defects of any kind.

This porcelain serving dish was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in 1918. The porcelain was made at the KPM Royal Berlin factory and hand painted by Hutschenreuther. There are marks from both of the factories on the bottom. The dish is 17 1/4 inches long, 6 1/4 inches wide and 4 1/4 inches high at the handle. The dish has a handle and is separated into two sections. The porcelain is masterfully sculpted with ornamental elements that look like gilded bronze. The insides of the two sections have hand painted flowers done in the style of Meissen. The flowers are realistic and colorful. All of the rims are trimmed with heavy gilding. This is a unique and beautifully crafted porcelain not often found. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain service was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer in 1918. They are marked with the red orb, blue scepter and iron cross markings. The pattern is known as Neuzierat. There are a total of 43 pieces. The set consists of an oval serving tray, coffee pot with lid, tea pot with lid, sugar bowl with lid, cream pitcher, and 12 sets of cups, saucers and dessert plates. All pieces are hand painted with sprays of vibrantly colored garden variety flowers. There is elaborate raised gilding and additional gilding inside the rims of the cups. This pattern is no longer produced by KPM. It is difficult to find an entire matching service. This is a remarkable offering of superb quality. Condition: The service is first quality. The cream pitcher has minor chips on the spout. There are no other defects, no evidence of use, or restoration.

This porcelain match holder was produced in Germany before 1920. There is no maker's mark on the bottom, only impressed numbers. We think it may have been produced by Schaffer & Vater. Heubach also produced similar types of jasperware. The match holder is pierced to be mounted on the wall. The decoration is white slip over light green ground in a Wedgwood style decoration. The front of the holder has two of the cutest little winged fairies kissing. There are rococo borders decorating the edges. Two sides of the holder have rough finishes for striking matches. It is an antiquated object of Victorian style. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in 1914. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches. The cup is 1 7/8 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches. The set has bands of deep, ruby red. Gilded medallions contain bunches of forget-me nots. Lacy gilding overlays the ruby red ground. The rims, handle and interior of the cup are heavily gilded. It has a brilliant, classic style. Condition: Excellent, without defects of any kind.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory or KPM in 1918. The saucer has a diameter of 4 5/8 inches and the cup is 2 inches high, not counting the handle. The shape of the cup is classic, with a handle that sweeps up over the rim. The set is decorated with ornate gilding. There is a wreath of gold on the front of the cup containing hand painted roses. The rims are trimmed with periwinkle blue and rich gilding. Condition: Excellent

This set of 6 porcelain dessert plates was produced in Germany by KPM Royal Berlin in 1918. The black cross denotes this specific year. The plates have a diameter of 8 3/4 inches. They have a reticulated border with rococo style rims. Each plate has a delicate spray of exquisitely hand painted flowers in shades of rose, green and gray. The borders and rims of these plates are accented with mint green and rose. The brush strokes look like tiny feathers. All of the plates are different. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain figurine was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in 1913. It has the first quality impressed shield colored blue and printed mark on the bottom. Niki is incised on the front of the base. This piece is pictured on the cover of “Nymphenburger Moderne” by Alfred Ziffer. It measures 12 1/2 inches tall, 9 inches long and 7 inches deep. Niki is well modeled by his master Willy Zugel. Hand painted details are under glaze. Zugel captured the character of NiKi in a delightful way, one ear in the air and one flopping down. He has an inquisitive look on his face, but his body is tense and he is ready to go. His collar has a little blue ribbon. You can’t make a fox terrier sit for very long. CONDITION: There is a small 1/8”, shallow flake at the bottom edge of the base in the back that is barely visible. A corner of the folded ear has some frit and an extra bit of porcelain making it rough. This occurred in the firing process. More photos upon request.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Italy by Ginori in the early 20th century. The saucer has a diameter of 5 5/8 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The set is elaborately decorated. There is a wide panel on the cup and saucer that is marigold yellow covered with gilded polka dots. The borders of each piece have floral and scrolled designs circling them. These designs are painted over transfers. The rims and handle are trimmed with gold. Condition: One spot of gilding on the rim of the cup approximately ¼ of an inch is worn. There are no other defects.

This crystal dresser jar was produced in Belgium in the early 20th century. It is not signed but we believe it was made by Val St. Lambert. We have seen this pattern before. The jar measures 3 3/8 inches in diameter and 2 1/8 inches high. The crystal is hand blown and cut with panels and star bursts. The lid has floral decorations that are acid etched from green to clear. The workmanship is very fine and detailed. Condition: Excellent

This crystal goblet was produced in Bohemia by an unknown company. We believe it was made sometime in the early 20th century. The goblet is 9 3/4 inches high and the diameter is 3 1/2 inches. The decoration is beautifully hand enameled, depicting brightly colored parrots on both sides of the glass. There are also flowers and gilded leaves. CONDITION: There is a bit of wear to the gilded stems of the flowers.

This two piece porcelain bowl with underplate was produced in the United States by Pickard around 1910. The underplate has a diameter of 10 1/8 inches and the bowl is 8 1/8 inches in diameter and 3 1/8 inches high. There is a gold leaf covering the mark from the porcelain manufacturer with the Pickard mark on it. The set is octagonal shaped. It is hand painted with delicate pink roses and gilded flourishes. There is embossed gold trim on each piece. Condition: There is a slight bit of wear to the gilding on three points on the rim of the bowl. They are hardly noticeable.

This porcelain loving cup was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1911. There is a date cipher that indicates this year. The cup is 4 1/2 inches high and is 5 inches across the handles. It is made of fine, white bone china. It has delicate handles and a pedestal base. The cup is beautifully hand painted with garlands of tiny roses and forget-me-nots. There is heavy raised gilding around the border of the cup, on the handles, and on the foot. Condition: Excellent
