This covered vegetable dish was produced in France by Pouyat Limoges around 1900. It is 11 1/4 inches long, 8 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches high. The porcelain has molded poppies and scrolled edges and handles. It is decorated with art nouveau chrysanthemums. Heavy gilding is profusely used on the rims and handles. Delicate gilding is used to accent the design and to trim the borders. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain bowl was produced in France by Theodore Haviland Limoges around 1900. There is an artist’s signature in the decoration. The bowl has a diameter of 9 inches and is 1 1/2 inches deep. It is expertly hand painted with large colorful roses and foliage. There is a wide band of heavy gilding around the scalloped rim. This is a rare find produced and hand painted from the factory. Condition: Excellent

This pair of porcelain oyster plates was produced in France by Bawo & Dotter Limoges, sometimes called Elite Limoges, around 1900. They measure 8 1/2 inches in diameter. They have space for 5 shells and have a central salt dip. They are factory decorated with a transfer design. A ring of delicate pink roses encircle the border. The gracefully scrolled rim is accented with brushed gold. They are perfect for use or display. Condition: Excellent

This set of 6 porcelain demitasse cups and saucers was produced in France by M. Redon Limoges between 1882 and 1896. The saucers have a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cups are 2 1/8 inches high. They are decorated with a factory transfer of bright pink roses and garlands of foliage. The handles and rims are trimmed with gold. Condition: There is barely visible wear to the gilded rims of a couple of the cups. Considering their age, it is very slight.

This porcelain oyster plate was produced in France by Theodore Haviland Limoges around 1895. It has a diameter of 8 1/2 inches. The plate has 5 clam shells and a center compartment for salt. The plate is decorated with a factory transfer design with tiny sea creatures and seaweed. These designs are colored by hand. There is brushed on gilded accents around the shells and on the border. Condition: Excellent

This covered porcelain dish or box was produced in France by Tressemann & Vogt Limoges around 1900. The dish has a diameter of 7 inches and is 1 1/2 inches high without the handle. The lid has a ribbon shaped handle. The porcelain was sold white ware and decorated by a studio artist in the United States. It has large, vibrantly colored roses that spill across the lid. The ground color blends from peach to green. There is gold trim on the rim at the bottom. How lovely it would be to have a delectable chocolate served from this delightful dish. Condition: There is the slightest bit of wear to the gilding on the handle and on the bottom rim. It is in very good condition.

This porcelain serving dish was produced in France by Tressemann & Vogt Limoges between 1892 and 1907. The blank porcelain was sold white ware to the renowned painter Ester Miler for decoration in New York City. The artist’s signature is in the decoration. The dish measures 9 1/2 inches in diameter. It is 2 1/2 inches high with the second tier having a diameter of 4 3/4 inches. The ground color shades from light blue-green to light yellow. It is a perfect backdrop for the white and peach colored roses and foliage. The colors blend so pleasingly. Miler’s signature brush style is clearly evident in this piece. It is trimmed with heavy gilding giving the dish a rich touch. This is a lovely, versatile serving dish you will want to use often. It would also make a great gift for some special occasion. This porcelain fruit bowl was produced in France by Tressemann & Vogt Limoges in the early 20th century. The porcelain bowl was sold white ware to a studio artist to decorate. It measures 9 1/2 inches in diameter and is 4 1/4 inches high. The rim of the bowl has a slightly scalloped rim with little crimps punctuating it. The quality of the painting on this bowl is very professional with fine technique. There are realistic black raspberries and blossoms on the outside of the bowl. Inside, the color is done on a rosy shaded ground, like a sunset, giving the berries a monochrome appearance. It’s like night and day from the inside of the bowl to the outside. Condition: Some of the high points on the gilded rim have tiny spots of wear. It is otherwise in excellent condition.

This porcelain bowl was produced in France by Bawo & Dotter Limoges, often called Elite Limoges, around 1900. It has two marks indicating that it was factory decorated. The bowl measures 10 inches in diameter and is 3 3/4 inches high. It has a scalloped rim and foot. There are little flowers molded in high relief around the rim. The decoration is hand painted. Colorful roses in bright colors tumble down the side into the center. A ring of roses decorates the outside of the bowl. The rim is finished with sponged on gold trim. You will find the shape and decoration very appealing. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain serving platter was produced in France by Coiffe Limoges in the late 19th century. It measures 12 1/2 inches across the handles. The porcelain was purchased white ware to be painted by a studio artist. There is a signature on the back. The ground color has a slightly creamy hue. The flowing pink roses and foliage tumble down the middle of the platter. They are realistically hand painted in shades of pink and green. The rim and handles are trimmed with gold. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain platter was produced in France by Haviland & Co Limoges between 1888 and 1896. It measures 16 3/4 inches long, 10 1/2 inches wide, and 1 3/4 inches deep. The blank is known as “Marsielle and the decoration is known as Schleiger #266B. The blank has graceful curves and ruffles molded into the porcelain. The decoration is a factory painted over transfer. Trailing vines and roses spill across the porcelain. The rims have hand painted gold accents. This is a fine quality piece you can be proud to display and use. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain tray was produced in France by Haviland Limoges around 1900. We believe that the porcelain blank was sold white ware to a decorator who hand painted it. The tray measures 11 1/8 inches long and 8 3/4 inches wide. The porcelain blank has a scalloped edge. The ground color blends from deep green, to teal green to yellow. There are raspberry vines trailing across the tray. The flowers, berries and foliage are professionally painted. The colors are bright and vivid. The rim is trimmed with gold. Condition: Excellent.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France by a Paris Porcelain decorator circa 1800. It is unmarked but there are some incised marks in the porcelain that you often find with Paris pieces. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/8 inches and it is 1 1/2 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The set is decorated in the Sevres style. It has a band of pink and aqua with borders of leaves, berries and gilded flowers. There are wide, shiny bands of gold on the rims, and the inside of the cup is gilded. The gilding is very detailed and some of it is tooled. Condition: There is some very slight wear to the gold.

These porcelain demitasse cups and saucers were produced in France by Haviland & Co. Limoges in the late 19th century. We are showing 2 sets, one rose colored and one blue. You may purchase one or the pair. The saucers have a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and the cups are 2 1/2 inches high. The fine, thin porcelain has molded ribs and the cups feature ribbon shaped handles. They are decorated with factory transfer designs. Rows of tiny roses or forget-me-nots encircle each piece. They have delicate gold filigree trim, lovely gold medallions on the saucers and shiny gold bands accenting the rims. The brightly colored enamel bands are most attractive. These cups and saucers are quite unusual for Haviland. They are highly decorative and you will enjoy using them, too. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain tea pot was produced in France by Bawo & Dotter Elite Works Limoges in the late 19th century. The pot measures 7 1/2 inches from the handle to the spout and is 4 1/2 inches high. It is made of fine, white hard paste porcelain. It is decorated with factory transfer decoration that is accented with gold. The designs are intricate and resemble tapestry. In addition, there are bands of heavy embossed gold in the decoration. The handle, spout and rims are trimmed with heavy gold. Condition: Excellent

These 4 porcelain ramekins with under plates were produced in France by Haviland & Co. Limoges around 1900. The under plates are 4 5/8 inches in diameter and the cups are 3 3/4 inches in diameter. Both pieces have scalloped edges with double gold trim. The cups are molded with ribs giving them a flower shape. Both pieces are decorated with a transfer design of trailing vines and delicate pastel colored flowers. The cups are decorated inside and out. They have the sweetness of spring in their subtle design. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain serving dish was produced in France in the late 19th century by Delinieres & Co., Limoges. The dish was sold white ware to an artist who decorated it in their studio. It has a signature on the back. There are handles molded into the porcelain in the shape of flowers. The painting of the orchid is very beautiful with foliage and ferns accompanying it. There is heavy gold trim around the rim. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain bowl was produced in France at a Limoges porcelain manufacturer in the late 19th century. We were unable to identify the marks. It is a factory decorated piece with both under glaze and over glaze markings. The bowl measures 10 inches in diameter and is 2 1/4 inches deep. It has a scalloped rim. There are colorful pink carnations suspended from the rim of the bowl into the center. Buds and foliage fill out the rest of the design. There are raised gold accents and a heavy gold border around the edge. The design is very similar to the art nouveau patterns used at Pickard.
