Japanese Porcelain Kutani Tea Pouring Cup or Tea Water Cup, Ca. 1900, 4" x 4" wide, 1 5/8" high include handle, with two(2) molded raised brilliant Gold Handles on the side, sharp pointed Spout like Bird's Beak, family outings with playing shamisen in large panel, two(2) smaller cartouches filled with farm houses with straw thatched roof under the pine trees on the lake, attic windows and vertical wooden windows are all decorated with raised brilliant gold, and beautiful Chrysanthemum flowers against Bamboo fence inside other Cartouche. Beautiful very fine strokes of soft pastel Pink and Gray Chrysthensmum flowers with soft Gray color of leaves and branches inside the bottom. The details of fine brush strokes are so exquisite and so fine, I wonder how they painted such a fine design. Bottom is marked with "Kutani" plus more Kanji writing in Red. The condition is good, all the gold decoration is in a such a excellent condition.

Japanese Kutani heavy Earthenware Dish, Ca. Meiji 1880-1910, 4 3/4" diameter, 1" high, Musician playing Flute sitting the Horse and 2 attendants resting on the ground under Pine Tree, in large shaped Cartouche, two(2) large fans decorated with flowers and foliage, silver and gold highlighted on their clothes, large area was decorated with tarnished silver. Red "Kutani made" Kanji mark on the bottom, two(2) large Peony flowers and scroll vines underneath in Red. The condition is good, crazing in the glaze, this is very typical for heavy earthenware for Kutani, this is high quality Kutani earthenware dish in Meiji period.

Tibetan Silver and Burlwood Tea Bowl, Tsampa Bowl, 19th Century, 5 1/4" diameter-top rim, 3 1/8" diameter-bottom rim, 2 3/4" high, with inset with large size 3/4" and 1/2" wide two(2) Corals and two(2) Turquoise on the outside of the bowl among many high relief raised design of Buddhist symbols. Another one(1) large size about 3/4" x 1/2" wide Cabochon Coral inset wrapped around very small delicate raised border inside the bottom, inside the bowl is smooth hand hammered silver lining wrapped around the top rim. The center of the smooth silver bottom is stamped with red wax seal on the wood to show as a export to overseas out of China free of duty some time ago. This bowl is a beautiful example of fine workmanship Tibetan used to make, whole silver surface is uneven and shows wears from old usage.
