A rare Japanese Buddhist Bell from the middle of the 18th century in perfect antique condition with no flaws. It is made of alloyed copper.

Bells play a crucial role in a variety of Buddhist services and rituals; their sound is considered auspicious, and is believed to bring peace and comfort to all sentient beings, even those who are suffering in hell.

Enjoy this small local wooden folk Buddhist statue called 'Minshu-Butsu' (or 'Minkan-Butsu'), dated back to the indicated age but could also be earlier.
