Being carved as a lion crouching on top, the jade seal was intringuingly left a minute hole between the legs for hanging. In a charming yellowish-green tint, the jade piece was incursioned in parts to a calcification condition due to long time of burial. Description: One Jizhou tea bowl was applied with coffee-brown glaze and was decorated uniquely with white mouth rim. Description:

Rare stone bust from the Sui Dynasty (581-618 CE). Piece is in fine condition, with its original whitish coating preserved. The bust depicts a solemn image of a devoted pupil or perhaps a slave, with head dress. Facial features are well carved and very effective in communicating the mood of the piece.
