No extra charges are incurred. Please do not ask for lay-away if you are not ready to start paying for it right away. I am unable to hold items until you get your next pay check. Rhodium plate metal pin clip , engraved crystal and chalcedony, rhinestones and baguettes, of a wheelbarrow full of flowers. The wheelbarrow is covered in pave rhinestones and features clear baguettes on the handle and a small blue cabochon for the wheel hub. The flowers are made of white and blue engraved glass paste. Hard to find this 1" X 2" beauty. This piece was produced in 2 sizes, this is the smaller size.
