Burl sides and base, deeply fluted burl pedestal, matching stylized finials up from the base and down from the table top. the side table top at 18" depth swivels and unfolds to open to a full 36" X 36" gaming table top. Circa 1815. Height 29", width 36". Depth 18" increases to 36".

This late 18th Century, George III fine rosewood double tea caddy is elegantly crafted in the Sheraton style. An outstanding celebration of the understated, (more simple than much later ornate styles) this neoclassical piece displays exceptional rosewood grain and matching rosewood on the double tea compartment lids inside.
