An antique Georgian Caucasian solid silver stem wine cup (Tazza) assayed at the Tiflis (now Tbilisi) Russian Imperial mint and stamped in the Cyrillic alphabet ТМД (Тифлисский монетный двор). This silver hallmark was used from 1804 to 1832.

This porcelain cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg around 1815. The saucer has the Nymphenburg shield impressed into the porcelain. The diameter of the saucer is 5 1/4 inches and is 1 1/4 inches deep. The cup measures 3 1/2 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 1/8 inches. The front of the cup is finely hand painted in neoclassical style. There is a maiden appearing to be offering a branch of flowers. The interior of the cup is gilded on the sides to the bottom...

This amethyst ring is a striking example of gold-work decoration that became popular in the second decade of the 19th century. A type of filigree work known as "cannetile" and named for the gold embroideries of the Napoleonic years, cannetile work made the most of a small amount of gold and required highly skilled goldsmiths. The amethyst stone is particularly eye-catching. The combination of the cannetile work next to the amethyst makes this an extraordinary ring. The ring is a US size 6.

The porcelain plate is marked in underglaze blue with the crossed torches of Locre which was known to have exported undecorated porcelain to England. Once in England, very often London, it was decorated with overglaze enamels and gilding. The Locre factory closed in 1820. The decoration is reminiscent of 18th century Worcester. A pair of tall Sheffield plate candlesticks with conforming bobeche. On round bases with lines alternating with elongated ovals up the base, column and socket. This style was current around 1800. The wear or “bleed” where the copper shows is on the high places. They are 12 inches (30.5 cm) tall and 5 ½ inches (14 cm) diameter at the base. No marks. Probably English.

15K gold fede or love ring with two hands coming together to enclose a gold heart with a single rose-cut diamond embedded in a carved star at the center. The word "fede" means faith. The clasped hands motif has been used since Roman times. The ring is US size 8.25.

Early American coin silver chamberstick, probably upstate New York, Albany area. Circa: 1800-1820. This heavy chamberstick bears unidentified pseudo-hallmarks on the foot ring that are listed in J.R. McGrew's book on maker's marks as probably upstate New York. Missing the snuffer & some minor blemishes. The heavy silver nut on the base is over an iron nut, which is probably a later replacement. Size: 6" x 5 1/8" diameter x 3" ht.
