This porcelain plate was produced in England by Brownfield’s China between the 1870s and 1880s. It was made especially for Tiffany in New York. It is artist signed “Hartmann” and titled “The Lark”. The plate measures 9 1/4” in diameter. The plate is made of fine, white bone china. The border is celeste blue with raised French enamel roses and Asian mons. The edges of the plate are richly gilded and there is beaded and lacy gilded accents...

A very fine twig basket, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. It was found in Pennsylvania, and is painted black, with the border and edge decoration painted in green, yellow, and orange over the black. The interior central portion of the basket is painted in green.

The basket is 8 5/8" in diameter and 4" tall. Condition is terrific, with no breaks...

Early cloth rag doll with drawn pencil face and mitten hands. She is firmly packed with cotton. She is wearing a very worn but nice blue plaid dress with velvet trim, pantaloons and black socks. She is the epitome of the rag doll that every little girl had, sort of the poor girls American Girl. She has seen lots of play and wear and tear but is still hanging in there...

Two double-handled cake plates with natural flowers surrounded by a border in cobalt blue, cream and gilt. Unmarked, c 1830 and probably by Ridgway. Width "9 ¼ and 9 ¾ / 23.5 and 24.5 cm respectively. Condition: a firing crack to one plate visible from behind, otherwise fine.

Victorian sterling silver pitcher. Made by Dominick & Haff in New York in 1894. Ovoid body with chased fruiting grapevines forming 2 irregular frames (vacant). Helmet mouth and raised and round foot with same applied to rims. High-looping branch-form handle. Tall and tactile with succulent bunches. Holds 5 1/2 pints. Fully marked including dated maker’s stamp, retailer’s stamp (JE Caldwell), no. 275, and volume. Very good condition.

A lovely European bronze Sun dial, carved in a fine renaissance style and dated 1635, but Victorian, English manifacture of the late 19th. century.

The sun dial very elaborate with engraved birds on either side of a Griffin center shade, with a brass spike, othervise in bronze. Inscribed with Roman numbers and dated 1635. Finely patinated in red and dark bronze and in perfect condition.

This porcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in Fischern, Bohemia by Carl Knoll in the 1880s. It has the blue under glaze bee hive marking. There is writing in German, “Gesnng u Spiel” or “Singing and Play”. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches. The cup is 3 1/8 inches tall, without the handle with a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. A Hand Painted Bavarian chocolate set for the Late 19th century.Consists of a Chocolate of Coffee Pot (9.5") and Six Cups (3.25". The Design Consists of Hand Painted Florals. There are a few small wear spots on the bottom edge of the cups, but otherwise it is excellent condition.
