Chinese silver censer, ca 1910. Drum-form agate body set in silver gilt mounts with scrollwork and lunettes. Leaf-capped side bracket handles. Upward tapering support and stepped foot with fretwork brackets. Cover raised with pierced scrollwork borders bud finial with leaf brackets on solid central mount with scrolls and fan. German Modern 800 silver box, ca 1920. Rectangular with straight sides and crisp corners. Cover hinged with tapering tab; cover top gently curved and inlaid with shagreen in geometric pattern. Cedar-lined interior. Open leather-lined bottom. Marks include maker’s stamp (Wilhelm Binder). Good condition with some wear and rubbing to shagreen.

A Chinese export plate from the first part of the 18th century, Yongzheng or early Qianlong. Decoration in Famille rose enamels of a large peony in bloom with an orange ribbon and some other scattered flowers, all surrounded by a thin diaper border in matte turquoise. The whole plate with a light greenish tint to the glaze. Brown-glazed rim. Diameter: / 22.8 cm. Condition: a few small spots of glaze wear to the well, otherwise fine.
