Korean Joseon Dynasty 19th Century Polychrome Painted Wooden Oil Lamp Stand with attached original cut out Tin type gallery rim Metal top to hold the 19th Century White Porcelain Oil Pot, 7 1/2" high, 4" wide for Hexagonal shape Base, this is the Korean Shamanistic style Polychrome painted Oil Lamp. The condition is as found condition, White Porcelain top of oil pot has hairline on the side, some Polychrome paints are rubbed off and Tin Top is somewhat rusted inside the cut out gallery rim.

Chinese Green Glazed Monochrome Pottery Joss Stick Lamp, 12" to the top of the brass fixture, 5" wide base, newly converted to a lamp, ready to use. The condition is good.

Very fine bronze and cloisonne lamp, with modern wiring, the bronze section on a base of onyx and bronze with cut out corners, the lamp is a bulbous form upon a pedestal base, the lip with acanthus leaf border, has section to hold harp and fairly recent electrical section for bulb, in fine working condition. Arts and Crafts oak lamp table by L & JG Stickley. Circa 1912. Original dark brown finish and bearing a decal under the top that reads "Work of L & JG Stickley." The table has four square legs with crossed stretchers and a lower square shelf; the top is square with canted corners. Size: 30 inches x 30 inches x 29 inches ht. Good antique condition.

A Pair of Antique Chairs found in New Mexico. Southwestern Santa Fe style. Measure about 32" high, 16" across, 17" seat height. These show wear, patina and age and have great, unique hand made construction.

Well made old storage basket, circa 1950s, acquired in Lombok, Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia in the 1980s this has been in storage since then. This has a slight trapezoidal shape to the lid and body. Excellent condition- no damage. Top- W: 24cm/9.5in x 21.5cm/8.4in and H: 9.5cm/3.8in.

Fine old lacquerware antique, cylindrical box, possibly Karen or Shan, from North Thailand, with rattan bindings, these are becoming increasing difficult to find these days. Some loss of lacquer on the surface. H: 15cm/5.8in and D: 7.3cm/2.8in.

This fascinating tobacco box dates back to the late 19th century and originates from Imperial Russia. The box is made of papier-mache, a material that was widely used in Russia during that time period. What makes this box truly exceptional is the intricate hand-painted design on its hinged lid.

Colorful thread box, the hinged top decoupaged with playing cards. Both the inside lid and the bottom have labels proclaiming "Brook's Soft Finish is the Perfection of Sewing Thread."

From our European Collection, a very elegant late 19th / early 20th century bronze lamp, probably French or English, featuring a well-cast swan atop a lumbering turtle.
