Chinese late Qing to early Republic period rosewood multi-tiered display stand carved with bamboo-form supports holding seven shelves for displaying objects. Carved bamboo leaf details are in the bottom corners. Early 20th century. 30" high x 19 3/4" wide x 10" deep. Very good overall condition. There are some separations from our dry climate and a few minor scratches, but the stand seems quite stable. From the Scottsdale estate of a former antique dealer.
Chinese pair large of 2 tiered cabinets. Made all of solid hardwood and carved with a dynamic scenes of 5 clawed dragons in swirling mist. The fronts and sides of the cabinets are completely covered in high relief carvings. On each cabinet, there are sixteen dragons carved on the front and 6 dragons on the sides.

Chinese large Pair of 2 tiered cabinets made of solid huanghuali with beautiful grain. The inside of one cabinet has an interior shelf with two drawers. The other cabinet is outfitted with a rod for hanging clothes.

A removable Chinese travel hat stand. Cut in the shape of two interlocking Lingzhi. Carved in a beautiful hardwood with a very fine grain. Good cabinetwork finish. Simple object but very elegant and rare. Beautiful antique patina of the wood. Difficult to date exactly in the Qing period.

A small, low, Chinese table that was used on the Kang for eating, reading, writing, etc. The table has been decorated on all sides and on the legs with fax bamboo carvings. The table is made of hongmu, a tropical hard wood, that was very popular in the 19th Century. The table measures about 29 1/2" long x 10 3/4" tall x 16" wide, and dates to the Quangxu Period (1875-1908)...
An antique Tibetan traveling trunk made of hand hewn Pine wood. Leather was stretched over the wood and hand painted in polychrome lacquer. There are arrow shaped hard mounts, butterfly appliqué mounts on the corners and Dorje accents. The central panel features an offering tray of Hoju (sacred jewels). Stylized Peonies decorate the trunk and the main colors used were analogous primary hues. The cover of the top features a green water dragon...
A Chinese censor table of classical style made of a hardwood called chicken-wing wood. The table dates to late 18th, early 19th Century. The table measures about 43" wide x 21" wide x 34" high. The condition is good, but the wood shows shrinkage at the sides of the top panel. The table, where it shows, was cleaned, and the underside was left uncleaned. There are no repairs or cracks to be noted. The table was bought, and imported from Hong Kong, about 20 years ago...

Chinese heavy thick Elmwood Merchant's or Vender's Bench. Ca. late 1800's to early 1900's, 9 3/4" high, 4 1/2" wide-top, 8 1/2" wide-bottom, bold thick Elmwood grains are noticeable, merchants carry this type of stool with graduated drawers with Brass Teardrop pulls for storing necessary items. The condition is original, no damages, shows old patina and age.
