A square opium tray with vertical rim and recessed corners, made of baitong ("white copper", an alloy from different metals). The interior nicely incised with three ladies standing before a house with a moon window. Condition: some traces of usage, the corners with solder residue,some spots. DESCRIPTION: An attractive, round Chinese silver export pill box, banded with repossee’ floral designs, the hinged lid crowned with a carnelian disc. On the base is stamped, “MADE IN CHINA NO 28 SILVER.” Dating from the early 20th C., this little antique box is in excellent condition. DIMENSIONS: 1 1/8” diameter (2.8 cm) x 1” high (2.5 cm).

A small Chinese brass handwarmer with pierced lid and carrying handle. The lid has many vent holes, some of which are shaped like stars. and these organize the round holes into what looks like many plum blossoms. The warmer measures 3 1/4' high (5 1/2" high with handle up) x 5" in diameter, and dates to the late 19th Century. There is a Chinese character chiseled on the base which translate to "to set on fire"...

A Chinese silver fan, gold plated and decorated with multicolour enamelled panels against a filigree ground .The guards are cast with scenes of figures, all sharp and crisp. The back of the fan is not neglected either; it is embellished with the same decoration, thus making it a visual joy from both sides. This exceptional and fantastic fan weighs 173 grams of high grade ( 92% tested ) silver, covered by high gauge gold. age; C. 1900. size: 22.5cm length of the sticks...

A very late Qing Dynasty bronze bowl with deeply carved images of warriors, waves, a fish, a snail, and a shell. An intricate key fret border finishes off this Ming Dynasty style bowl. It is heavy and dates early 20th century, circa 1910. Measures 10 inches in diameter by 4.5 inches high.

Silver with gold gilt overlay Chinese export foo dog with enameling. The dog's head moves side to side and the ball is attached with a gold wire long enough so that it can be re-positioned. All the enameling is in excellent condition. Measures 3 inches long by 2.5" high. Circa pre-1920
