China, silver ink box, with scalloped edges, incised, high density dragon motifs, attractive patina, from late 19th/early 20th century era. Measurements as follows; Height 4 in., Width 3 in., Depth 1 1/2 in. Very good condition.

A hexagonal open-work cast bronze incense stick or utensils holder with two dragon handles, standing on three feet. The sides showing four high-relief immortals and two lotus flowers, the base with lattice pattern. Condition: traces of age. Dimension: height: c. 16.3 cm, c. 14.8 cm wide.

Chinese Qing dynasty pewter-encased rectangular form “san ke zhu” (three pearl) lidded Yixing pottery teapot incised to one side in bamboo, the reverse with a calligraphic inscription signed Chun Quan. The inscription translates roughly as: “Sitting quietly [under] a bright moon [occupying] half of a window, with a book [in hand] and a fragrant incense [burning].” The top edge holds an applied coin and mixed metal strips. The vase is in yellow bronze. It appears to have been taken down with a hammer because it has thin walls, however it may have been cast. It is a very simple design object but of excellent quality, the proportions are perfect, the finishes are very careful. Artisans capable of producing a bronze of this fine quality would have been entirely capable of producing such a fine casting...

An antique Chinese tripod censer, also known as an incense burner Ding, dating back to the 17th -19th century Qing Dynasty. The censer is made of bronze and has a compressed, rounded shape, with a bulbous body and two upright loop handles. The base is raised on three tapering legs and is cast with a Xuande six-character mark.

Guanyin in cast bronze. The deity is represented standing, wearing a long dress, she holds a bottle in her hand. The bronze is very worn but has a superb old patina. Northern China Tang dynasty. 7th-9th century.It was soldered late with tin on a square bronze base so that it could stand upright. Height: 135mm

Chinese Ming Period bronze figure; parcel gilt remnant on face; excellent patina; good condition

are Tang bronze warrior that was cast on one side and has some remains of being gilded. It probably was part of a larger array of a larger group of statues. Size: H. 10.5cm. W. 4cm.

Rare and endearing figure of a young boy disciple of Quanyin (the Goddess of Compassion) wearing a garment etched with a lotus flower - the symbol of Buddhism. He is often depicted near Quanyin with his hands in reverential prayer. The bronze is heavily cast and has wires imbedded underneath the pedestal, perhaps for attaching to a group of figures. Made of bronze bit with a mouthpiece composed of two canons connected in the center, each cast with a loop at both ends.
