A pair of shoes with a leather and red and light-yellow colored silk for a royal family’s women, the soles are pig skin, sewing done unbelievably very well done, they’re very rare with a good condition like these ones today...
Beautiful simple Korean bandaji (blanket storage chest). Made of solid kayak (Elm) wood with dramatic natural wood grain. Gorgeous original iron hardware with large lock and hinges with cut out motifs. Hinged in the front for storage access. Early 20th century. Size: 28 1/2" high x 32" wide x 19 1/4" deep.
Choson period, 1400s
A stamped design of repeating flower heads laid out in concentric bands covers the interior. The exterior sides have a similar band between incised lines. The depressions are filled with white slip which is then wiped clean off the surfaced, leaving the white clay in the impressed design. A clear glaze covers the design and most of the body. The footring, base, and a portion of the lower body are unglazed...
A large Korean porcelain jar, glazed in a transparent white with slight blue undertones. The upper body is rounded, with a short, flat rim and glazed interior. The lower body tapers down with a slightly fluting foot, left bare along the rim.

underglaze blue and white with a Han River scene, the sides with abstract

This dish is a very high quality of sea-green celadon glaze applied overall
the interior and exterior, molded with peony scroll interior wall and a flower head
in the center, resting in a wide base with three spur marks.
It is in mint condition. Measures 5 1/4” x 1 1/2”
19th Century Korean Black Lacquered Mirror Box with Mother-of-Pearl Inlay of a pair of cranes, representing longevity and marital bliss, and peaches of immortality and abundant and propitious floral and geometric patterns. As is usually the case, the mirror is replaced. 9 x 7.5 x 4.5 inches, 23 x 19 x 11.5 cm.

Decorated in cobalt blue with a design of chrysanthemum and bamboo, stoutly potted and glazed with a clear glaze of faintly aqua tint. Very minor glaze pitting and surface scratches, slight wood ash dusting seen mostly on the shoulder of one side, small amount of sand adhering to the foot, otherwise very good condition.

Rare 19th Century Korean Hyangsang Small Desk and Table with Drawer. Hyangsang were altar stands for the family home altar. Hyangsang (aka Hyangnosang or Hyangtak) are so scarce that this is the only one we have ever been able to acquire in our twenty years in business. 16w x 15.5h x 11.5d inches, 41w x 39h a 29d cm.
