Terracotta votive plate depicting six seated Buddhist deities surmounting four smaller ones. Thailand, Khmer period known as Lopburi, 12-14th century. 91 mm high x 68 mm wide x 17 mm thick. The plate is nicely mounted on a custom stand. Abrasion due to great age, otherwise very good condition.

S. E. Asian celadon fluted water dropper of the Sung period (960~1270). It is 3 inches wide and 2 ¼ inches tall. National Museum of Philippines label is on the bottom. It is in good condition aside from repair on handle.

Found in the Philippines. Featuring a baluster shaped body, rising from a splayed foot to a long cylindrical neck and is decorated with a central three-clawed dragon, chasing a flaming pearl, bordered by encircling lappets and a mountain peak opposite a vegetal growth, below two cranes on opposite sides of its neck. Its splayed foot is decorated with an encircling fish motif in underglaze blue and its base is fully glazed, except for the foot-ring. Measurements: height, 25cm...

S. E. Asian blue and white porcelain twin duck water dropper of the Ming period (1368~1615). There are two small chips; one is on the tip of tail and the other is on the wing. It is 4 inches wide and 4 inches tall.

Ca. 1400s

Well potted with thick, even celadon glaze overall except for the unglazed base and foot. The glaze is of a deep green tone and crackled all over covering the interior of the neck as well. Three floral form appliques decorate the shoulder just below three concentric rings leading up to the neck. A few minor earth stains remain from burial. Overall very good condition.

Mother nursing her child, probably from the Sawankhalok kilns. The body of the hand-modeled figure is rather hastily sculpted as is the doll-like child. This hastiness is typical of figures such as this one which were made in large numbers and distributed as fertility charms. This one, however, has more care taken in defining the facial features of the mother as well as her hairstyle...

A well potted jar of globular form, decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with a collar of lotus petals around the neck and a continuous floral scroll meander on the body. Off-white stoneware body with a transparent glaze. The base unglazed. Annamese ware ( Vietnam ) fifteenth century. H : 7,4 cm. Diameter : 8,3 cm. Condition : Perfect.
