The foot is signed by Nishiura Enji with two character signature in cobalt blue. Nishiura's studio was famous for it's 'spraying technique' which was unique at the time.

Chinese Neolithic Hongshan Culture small jade carving of a pig dragon (zhulong) used as a burial object. The dragon is curled in an "embryonic" position. The bottom portion is carved in the form of an insect with large protruding eyes. The dragon portion of the jade is mottled green while the bottom portion is orange in color being closer to the outer rind of the jade stone.

All original hand forged iron hardware including the Warabite handles and the double Plum Blossom handle stoppers called Atari. Upper section features 2 full width drawers and the bottom section has 1 full drawer, 1 partial width drawer, a hinged security door and two small drawers where valuables were kept. Constructed using straight dovetail joinery and hardened wooden nails...

Antique Chinese jade amulet of a figure riding a fu-lion. Carved in relief with a background of swirling clouds. The figure appears to be a nobleman or scholar due to his hat and ruyi scepter but is possibly a Taoist deity. The stone is pierced near the top for the attachment of a cord. A striking orange color with red striations, it is beautifully worn and polished with age...

Antique Japanese 2-section isho tansu (clothing chest of drawers) made of Kiri (paulownia) wood, natural front drawers and red lacquer top and sides. The lockplates of every drawer are shaped as large open fans, and the corner hardware of each drawer are fan-shaped as well. The other hardware implements are decorative with pierced motifs.
