Large antique Native American storage basket, circa 1890-1910. Appears to have originated in the North West United States, presumably Skokomish. Some edge damage, otherwise in good condition. Approximately 13" in diameter.

This incredible delicate Columbia Plateau gem point is made from highly translucent agate. No bends, curves or stacks. Beautiful edge work. Super thin. Found at The Dalles. It is a huge 2 3/4". A true G10. I've never seen one better. Ex Dean Mesnard. A once in a lifetime find. Tony Putty COA.

Authentic Antique Museum Quality circa 1750-1850 A.D. Superb Quality Native American Indian Northern Plains long stone ball war club with wooden haft wrapped with rawhide and stitched closed with sinew with blue dyed horsehair suspension, adorned with glass beaded hide, temporarily attached on the metal wire.

Antique, circa 1900 AD, Native American Indians, Eastern Woodlands region, circular trivet made of sweetgrass and birch bark. The top is adorned with a floral pattern made of porcupine quills.

The reverse is inscribed with several names written in pencil and dated "June 25, 1913". Use it as a trivet or hang it as art.

A rare antique, first half of the 18th century, American Indian trade halberd or halberd tomahawk head, formed of hand-forged iron and adorned with brass panels.

During the first half of the 18th century, many Indian dignitaries carried the heads of this style on a short haft, like tomahawks.

There were numerous variations in the design of this halberd...

Antique, 19th century, finely beaded flap from a pouch - bag embroidered by North American Iroquois Indians. Made of early trade velvet and silk clothes and embroidered with colored glass trade beads in traditional floral and leaf motifs.

Antique, circa 1900 A.D. Native American Indians. finely beaded belt pouch, I made of trade silk fabric embroidered with glass trade seed beads. The back is fitted with a belt loop.

CONDITION: Shows the age and use, loss of beads, minor wear normal for age. Please note that this is an authentic antique, over the 100-year-old pouch, which was well used, so a perfect condition cannot be expected.

Antique second half of the 19th century Native American Crooked Knife.

The trade steel blade of typical curve shape is stamped by the maker “Frederick Reynolds Sheffield” is sleeved within the antler handle secured to the tang of the blade by two iron rivets.

Frederick Reynolds (1814-1877) was born at Derby, but had moved to Sheffield by 1841, when he was enumerated in the Census as a razor maker working at Sims Croft...

A group of Penobscot Maine baskets of small size. Each features the use of sweetgrass and various natural dyes. The condition of each is excellent, with good color and little or no splits, etc.

The baskets are as follows:

m1007: a lidded amphora shaped basket with blue dye 5 1/4" height, 6 1/2" diameter
m1008: a lidded round basket with orange and blue dyes 1 3/4" height, 3 7/8" diameter
m1009: a lidded thimble case with orange dye 1 1/8" height, 1" diameter

Two baskets are being offered here and both are from the Northeast, most probably from the Penobscot of Maine. They are lidded, made of splint ash, and use natural dyes of green and orange.

Basket 1, although it has a square base, is 14 3/4" in diameter and 11 1/2" in height. They are about 3 smallish splint breaks as shown in the photos, but the basket is structurally sturdy. Basket 2 has a medial sweetgrass braid and a dyed interior. The 4 3/4" in diameter and 2 1/2" in height.

These are difficult to date but surely very old and likely ancient. Native Types with fine patinas.

This incredible Rabbit Island Dart arrowhead was found on Sauvie's Island, Oregon by Carroll Howe's sister while hunting with Carroll. I purchased the point from him on 12-13-90. Carroll wrote 4 books on Northwest material. It is made from gorgeous highly translucent orange agate. It has beautiful serrated edges and is flawless...

This is an incredible, extremely rare, plains Indian copper beads and bird claws necklace. It is from the late 1800's. It has 33 rolled copper beads, 40 trade beads and 8 claws. It is about 32". The copper beads have dark patina and are all about 3/4". The claws are all sharp and the necklace is in pristine condition. This is not a married concoction. A large-size Native American pottery olla from Acoma pueblo, Zuni tribe, New Mexico. The pot is hand-coiled and shard fired and painted in red and black on white with encircling bands of stylized figures of deer and roadrunners. Circa 1910-1915. Size: 19.5 inches ht. x 16.5 inches in diameter. Very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Name of the original owner written in light pencil on the inside of the rim.
