This hematite Colima miniature effigy axe is 3 1/2" long and was found by the late Dr. Allen Heflin on 12-31-47. It is so inscribed on the back in his distinctive black ink. Tlatilco Pottery Figure Mexico Figure with Double Spouted Headdress. Circa. 200 B.C. – 100 A.D. 8" high. Hollow pottery example. This a pre-classic seated figure having a double spouted headdress. Loss to one spout and tip of left arm, otherwise intact.

This matching pair of Nayarit gold and silver spiral pendants were found together. The gold is 22K and hand cut, an amazing feat for today's jeweler and an unknown process with ancient tools. They are paper thin and spring-like, although lay flat. They are wearable. This is very desirable universal iconography. Purchased from the famous Lynn Langdon collection.
