This excellent 19th century WKC (Weyersburg, Kirschbaum & Company, Solingen, Germany) Imperial Hunting Cutlass is 22 inches in length. The mounts are composed of beautiful brass throughout the hilt and scabbard. The pommel area has a fluted nut at the top center of the cap which acts as a threaded tang nut. A lovely finial of an Eagles head, European, Gothic style, renaissance, c. 16th. century or earlier, mounted as a part of an attractive double iron coat hook and plate, dated 1823.

The substantial finial still with remnants of old gilt and the iron coat hook, finely dated and initialized in the late 18th. century manor. A nice marriage, probably made in the late 18th.-early 19th. century.

An late renaissance or baroque period Iron Padlock, European, ca. 16th.-17th. century.

Cast and wrought lock. Very beautiful with an arched moveable part and a keyhole at one end. The lock was cobber braized or plated in the renaissance manor and much cobber can still be spotted in parts of the surface (see pictures).

Excellent early European spoons, likely once silvered, nor in a brass / bronze colour. A rare set of early kitchenware, very interesting and from a very old Danish collection.

A very nice untouched Hungarian Wheellock Musketeer's powder flask, circa. 16th century. Stag horn body with wrought brass mounts.

The staghorn is engraved and there's a beautiful central medallion on the front with a geomethric hexagonal star-shaped design, especially known from Byzantine Emprire, c. 10th.-12th. cent. Beautiful patina!
