This is a pale celadon and russet jade plaque, dating to the Qing dynasty. The piece is entirely worked by hand, with no indication of modern/machine carving (or re-carving). It measures 2-1/2 inches in length and has been perforated lengthwise to permit it to be strung with a cord and worn. The reverse side has been carved with a series of symbols. Pair of Twin Circular Screens made from Translucent Jade, with applied Black Jade, White Jade, Nephrite Jade, Agate, Carnelian, Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Coral and more, carved into multiple compositions of flowering plants on rock formations with hovering butterflies. The carved circular Jade Disks rest on carved wood stands. Each carved jade disk measures 12 inches.

Small jade buckle cut with a grinding wheel, representing a dragon (chilong) curved on itself in the archaic style of the Han period. It is said that this type of buckle was used to suspend a sword on the belt. artist has excellently represented the small animal harmoniously curled up on itself and ready to pounce. Antique Chinese lapis bottle, with detailed carvings of a beautiful woman in flowing robes standing beside a small boy holding a peach, who appears to be handing the woman a leaf. The flip side of the container is carved with a long-stemmed sunflower and puffs of smoke. Very nice carving, quiet serene face, beautiful stone of bright blue with white veining and gold colored spots. Very pleasant patina, fixed in well carved hardwood stand. A Chinese jade vase, carved in the form of a tall thin finger citron. The stone is of very pale hue close to the colour of the pictures, the body is thinly rendered and the exterior well detailed. It comes with its own custom made wood stand. Age: 18/19 C. size: 10 cm high. condition: very good, no breaks , no restoration.

The entire length is 4 inches (10.1 cm) including the chain. The boy is 1.96 inches (5 cm) tall by 1.25 inches (3.1 cm) wide and 22.85 mm thick. It is 57.4 gram.

The boy has flea bite chips and inclusions. The silver is tarnished (as seen in the photos).

A Chinese jade carving of a mythical beast and cob on its back. The stone is of medium celadon hue with a few darker spots as seen in the images, the quality of the carving is fine and detailed, especially in the head area.
