The finely crackled creamy white glaze is incised vertically with stylized plantain leaves and the waist with three buddhist symbols. The base carries the four character seal mark of the Chenghua emperor but this item was made later, during the reign of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722). Cover box is in good condition with restoration part on the cover and human motif, no damage at the lower part.
