A good underglaze blue decorated transitional style jar of a type which was produced in Jingdezhen over a long period, from the Wanli through to the end of the Chongzheng reign, for both the export and the internal markets. Condition - there is old restoration to the rim and there is a firing crack (please see enlargements 4 and 6)...

A Chinese Blue White Bowl, 17th Century. Diameter approximately 12.5 cm. There are some chips on the base. In good condition.

of pear-shaped form, rising from a slightly splayed foot to a waisted neck and an upturned rim, set with two head elephant handles suspending mock rings, deftly incised on each side with a leafy peony flower and applied overall with a thick celadon glaze, the interior of the base glazed, save for the footing left unglazed and fired to pale orange. 26 cm high. drilled on the base for lamp, re atached on of the ring on the shoulder, hairlines or craks and free from restorations

Chinese Blanc De Chine Libation Cup of rhinoceros horn form. With applied decoration on one side, of a tiger below a dragon and prunus, the other side with a deer below a stork and pine. Of a warm colour. Kangxi L17thC. Length 9.6cm. Height 5.5cm. Condition: excellent, no chips, cracks or restoration.

Antique Chinese pair of small porcelain plates. Foliate rims and raised design of two fish and swirling waves. Intricately modeled with great detail. Very delicate and beautiful.

Song Dynasty

Size of each: 4" wide

A Chinese, blue and white glazed, inkstone decorated with lion-dogs, playing with a brocaded ball. A nicely painted piece for the Scholar's desk, and dating to the late Ming dynasty; C16th to early C17th. Traces of kiln grit are attached to the inner foot, and the base bears an apocryphal four-character Zhengde reign mark. Diameter, 10.7 cm Condition; good, with age relate wear.

Museum quality, because there was a bowl with a quite similar decoration in the Percival David Foundation which is now in the collection of the British Museum. ( please have a look at the last image ) Very fragile potted, a amazing Cobalt blue. Ming Dynasty Jiajing Period ( 1522 - 1566 ) Diameter : 6,6 cm. H : 4,3 cm. Condition : Chipped, very fine short hairline that however nothing changes in the fact, that this is a amazing piece.

Chinese Blue and White Vase with flaring rim, decorated with scrolling lotus in pencilled style. Kangxi C1680. Height 12.3cm. Condition: good, minor firing fault and fritting to foot, no other cracks, chips or restoration.

Annamese blue and white covered box in a circular form with a flattened cover. Stoneware body decorated in underglaze cobalt - blue with a peony spray on the cover. Late fifteenth to sixteenth centuries. D : 2,9 inc. Perfekt condition !

15th-16th century sancai glaze kendi decorated with incised flowers at the shoulder.14,5cm high.Good conditions with only small chipped at the rim on restoretions.

A small, simply decorated, blue and white vase probably made for export during the reign of the Wanli emperor (1572-1620). Condition - excellent. No damages and no restoration. 11cm (4.3 inches} high.

Nice Kobalt blue, very nice smooth glaze. Ming Dynasty Wanli period ( 1573 - 1620 ) Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 16,5 cm. H : 17,9 cm. Condition : There is one crack to the neck towards the rim and another crack to the body of the Kendi. Since both cracks seem to be very old both cracks do not desturb the nice appearance of the piece. ( Please have a look at the enlargements )

Blanc De Chine group of two seated men playing weiqi, watched by a standing attendant. Beneath overhanging pine branches infront of an openwork grotto. Kangxi C1690. Height 9.8cm. Condition: chips and damage to three applied flowers, hand missing from seated figure on the left.

A pair of nice quality Ming Dynasty Jiajing ( 1522 - 1566 ) cups . Well potted with a nice cobalt blue and a nice glaze. H : 3,8 cm. D : 5,5 cm. Condition : Perfect ! Small Chinese Transitional Vase and loose fitting Cover decorated in a strong Wucai palette. C1650/60. Ht.4 7/8" (12.4cm). Condition; 0.5cm chip to rim, shallow flake to inside of rim, 2.4cm crack from rim. Cover, shallow chips and fritting to rim, mop fritted.

Chinese 17th century blue and white kendi with flowers decorations. 22,5cm high. Possible has small damage at the top rim and small chipped at the spout covered with metal decorations.
