A rare and wonderful Chinese porcelain bowl with beautiful glaze designs of cranes flying over crashing waters, each carrying a different object of auspicious nature, such as a lotus, a scroll, a fan, a sword, a gourd bottle, and a basket of fruit. Brightly multicolored clouds fill empty space between each bird. The inside of the bowl has a single crane flying over identical wave motifs with smoke clouds with minor wear. Excellent condition...

A marked Qing Dynasty, 18th. century blue and white dish. Very nice underglaze cobalt blue, very nice glaze condition. There is an underglaze blue Qing Dynasty Mark to the base of the dish, and as an "Owners Mark" an engraved "Tian" ( heaven) mark to the front site of the dish Diameter: 14,6 cm. Condition : Perfect. A rare, heavy and very finely potted pair of bottle vases well decorated with stylized lotus flowers in underglaze blue with Doucai style overglaze enamel decoration. The base carries a tributory four character Kangxi (1662-1722) reign mark but this item was made later - during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908)...

Ming Chenghua period ( 1465 - 1487 ) blue and white Minyao ( peoplesware ) bowl, decorated with a very nice, typical Chenghua water-plant design. Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 15,2 cm. Condition : Perfect. ( This what looks like a small chip to the rim is covered by the original glaze - therfore this is not a later damage )

Chinese Blue and White covered rectangle shape Scholar's Box, Ca. 1880-1920, 2" high maximum, 4 3/8" x 3 1/8" wide, underglaze blue design of the flowers in the basket in the diamond shape cartouche enclosed with geometric blue design of triangle shape borders on four(4) corners, supported by four(4) short feet, bottom is unglazed. There are etched Chinese Characters written inside the bottom of the box and also under the cover. The dome top cover is wrapped a little, doesn't fit tightly...
