This is a rare Yabu Meizan Censer. It is not decorated with gold details and painting but is still an attractive item with its rich turquoise colored glaze. The first and second images show how it appears under normal lighting. It probably does not have the original cover but this silver one is more functional than the ivory covers we have seen. The silver lids fit perfect.

This is a beautiful Japanese cloisonne Vase from the 1920's. It was created with a profusion skilled of work. It was made by Hayashi or Ando. It stands 9 3/4 inches tall and is 4 3/4 wide. Rims are silver and stamped. Bottom rim a tiny indentation in the silver but this vase is in outstanding condition.

An overall design of plum blossoms and buds on a rich blue background. The base and mouth are rimmed in silver. There is no maker’s mark, but similar works with generally the same pattern were produced by the artist Hayashi Tanigoro in the Taisho period, 1912-1926. Very good condition, having only a very small dent in the edge of the silver rim.

This is a fine 12 inch Japanese Cloisonne vase done with the very popular draping wisteria pattern. The enamel and wire silver wire work in the wisteria decorations are of a high standard. From the scroll work it appears to be an early Ando, Ito or Kinuken piece. The form is unusual and the piece is better than the images show. Condition is excellent.

Massively huge Dark Bronze Japanese Temple Bell Bowl, with ridged edges along its rim and raised, scale-like pattern around its bottom. . Japanese Temple Bell Bowl was used during chanting, or as an indication of a change in time or activity. This is truly the largest bell bowl I have ever seen. Three stamped kanji characters "Kin Ryu ____?" on rim translates as Golden Dragon _____? (last one is illegible). Excellent condition and sound. It's extraordinary size: 17.25" height, 20.25" width

A lovely Unusual picture frame made with Japanese cloisonne imagery of white chrysanthemums and cascading leaves in gradient shades of green upon a muted yellow/beige background. Gorgeous hardwood has been used for the backing piece, with an old English style carved stand with chain, and an interior plaque that may be engraved. The frame is lined in silver. A real Treasure. This is a very attractive antique Japanese Cloisonne Vase. The colors are very bright and the subject matter is pleasing to the eye. The vase is not signed but we believe it was created by Ando or Gonda, several of the top makers in the late Meiji Era. It stands 9 3/4 inches tall and is in excellent condition.

Japanese ribbed melon shaped vase with tall neck decorated with five shield form panels holding dragons chasing flaming pearls below a central horizontal red ground band filled with yellow and white chrysanthemums. This early 20th century Japanese silver wire cloisonné vase is 7 3/8 inches high and 4 inches on the widest part. It depicts a rose blossom and buds. It is in excellent condition.

This is a beautiful rare vase exported from Japan to a family in the states. Vases shaped like and similar to this are almost always 5 inches tall. This one at 7 1/4 by 7 1/4 inches is much larger and is covered with far more beautiful detailing. This vase is excellent condition. Inside the vase 3 old images of Japan were found from those that sent this a gift. These images have writing on the back and make reference to this vase being a gift. They stay with this vase.

Beautiful Japanese small cloisonne box with opening cabinet doors, one exterior drawer and two interior drawers, all covered in intricate silver wire cloisonne, back and sides as well as top are also decorated with cloisonne, designs of birds in trees and charming flower design on interior, top has phoenix and handle, stands on little feet, beautiful gold plate with intricate incised details, interior of each drawer is padded and lined with dark blue velvet...

Free of any loss or repair, this beautifully enameled vase on a copper base stands some 7-1/2 inches in height. Wonderfully elegant and understated.

Polychrome celadon ceramic four-lobed tray with two fish yôkai dressed in yukata, a light kimono worn in summer. The yôkai are supernatural creatures from Japanese folklore. Most of the ceramic is glazed, except for the brown skin of yôkai which has a matte finish.

Beautiful antique Japanese stacking bento basket made of very fine split bamboo with even finer strips woven underneath for insulation, the container separates into two compartments - a larger compartment underneath and a small covered box on top. The handle is made of a single piece of bamboo. Meiji/Taisho Period. Size: 18 1/2" high x 14" long (18" long including handle) x 8 1/4" wide.

This is a very attractive Japanese Imari bowl. For an old Imari piece it is in excellent condition. It is also a very heavy piece potted. The bowl measures 8 1/2 inches across and 4 inches tall.
