Here we present a real fine example of Korean art: smaller rounded wan-shaped bowl with high foot of the bamboo node style - the dark, fine clay with some enclosures is expertly thrown. Antique Korean three section lacquer cabinet, with elaborate inlaid scenes of various birds, deer, fish, and flowers. Auspicious creatures with fish tails, turtle shells, and the head of mammals are also seen in several panels. Brass hardware decorates the pieces such as butterfly shaped lockplates and hinges. Each section has double doors with wonderful paintings inside each door, depicting various scenes of nature and happy school children. 19th century

Beautiful and Rare Korean Joseon Dynasty Silver and Coral Eunjangdo with Very Fine Floral Design. The eunjangdo was worn by a woman of rank as a chest pendant and a symbol of her social standing. This dagger also served as a tool to save women from personal humiliation or peril, not by attacking an assailant but by killing themselves, under the Confucian moral obligation of medieval Korea 'to remain faithful to one spouse'. 4 inches, 10 cm.

This is decoration cloth used in Iwate for Edo period. This is dyed in indigo plant, black, Bengara- color. Hemp thread is spun by hand and this is thick. The back side is dyed into this with a natural indigo plant.
