Chinese Qing dynasty porcelain bowl with high foot decorated around the circumference with three blue and white landscape roundels set against a robin’s egg (lu jun) ground. The unglazed slightly recessed base has a central aperture leading to the hollow interior of the foot. Japanese Antique Iron Tetsubin with Bronze lid. Tetsubin has a Mount Fuji Shape. Kettle displays a fainted casting of a Japanese Kiri bird and phoenix on one side. A crane and turtle are also displayed along with a 5 character mark and cartouche medallion. Handle is thin, casted with bamboo nodes. Bottom of Tetsubin is in good condition. 18C Chinese Yongzheng Export Iron Red Boy Goat Porcelain Cup and Saucer The cup and saucer are painted in iron red heightened with gilt. The flower-shaped saucer is decorated with a boy playing with three goats opposite a prunus branch and rockwork. The cup is decorated with a boy and a lady who are working joyfully. The center of the cup is painted with a flower symbol. Size: Cup: 6.7 cm diam. 3.2 cm tall Saucer: 10.5 cm diam. Condition: Excellent. Typical surface wear.

An antique Japanese Chobako (merchant box) made of Hinoki (Cypress) and Kiri (Paulownia) woods. All original hand forged iron hardware. Upper carrying handle and hinged door that hides 4 drawers of varying sizes used by a merchant to store writing paper, receipts, money and calligraphy brushes.

Antique Japanese bronze tray with shell feet, Taisho period 1912-1926. It is incised with a repeating stylized wave pattern and adorned with shells and other marine creatures. Used to create beautiful small garden scenes. It is supported by shell shaped feet. It is irregularly shaped. It measures 1.25" deep 14.5" wide, 6.75" long 2.25" tall with feet.

Luxurious and heavy Korean Amamori (leaking rain) Incense Burner Kōro from Edo period.

The irregular shape and the base resemble Japanese Wabi Sabi tea bowls which tells that this piece was made specifically for Japanese market.

Amamori means the surface stained with spots that look like rain leaks on a wall creating beautiful complex scenery.

Wooden ornament, carved in relief on wood, representing Hindu god Kartikeya, with six heads, holding a spear in his right hand, riding his peacock, in a niche, flanked by two other niches in which are shown his two wives, Devasena and Valli. The two other niches are surmounted each by a kala makara (dragon) head. The whole scene is resting on two feet, each decorated in relief with a foliage design. India, 19th century, maybe earlier.
