Antique 19th century Indo Persian, Islamic, Shia Muslim ceremonial all-steel sword in the form of a straight, double-edged medieval Islamic sword.

The entire broad blade is superbly etched on both sides with Arabic calligraphy, possibly verses from the Qur'an, a serpent, and the figure of the mythological demon "Div" (دیو)...

The incense burner consists of a thick and solid cast bronze cup which rests on a tripod base also in cast bronze. A cut copper cover is held by a hinge fixed by rivets. Islamic work from the middle east. Very nice old patina of the metal. Bronze very earlier than the 18th century. H:21cm. A hole on the lid (see photo) otherwise good condition.

The exterior chiselled and engraved, the neck with a band of nasta'liq inscription and the body with lattice containing flowerheads. Quatrefoil with owner's or maker's name. Condition: traces of usage, rubbing to tinning. Dimension: diameter: 28.5 cm, 15 cm high.

Antique Rare type of Silver mounted Islamic, Yemeni, Arab dagger, Khanjar Jambiya with an accompanying knife, 19th century, Yemen.

A shaped hilt composed of sheets of silver decorated in filigree and bead work, with a scrolling pattern and rosettes, mounted with a broad, slightly curved, double-edged blade formed with a pronounced medial ridge on each side...

A pair antique lobed brass vases decorated with interlacing patterns, tendrils and Islamic calligraphy, inlaid in silver and copper. Condition: traces of usage. Dimension: c. 29.1 cm high.

This is an exceptionally rare bronze age sword (or possibly a spear) from the Ganges Valley dating to approximately 1500 BC. The patina is suggestive of a high copper content indicative of the early bronze age. This extraordinarily rare piece measures an impressive 444 mm and weighs 415 grams. It has two perforations in the blade near the handle one of which has an original ring still attached...

Antique 17th-18th century huge hand hammered Ottoman Armenian Tinned Copper deep charger, platter, bowl, plate. The object has a broad rim engraved with four cartouches enclosing two lobed medallions engraved with a floral pattern, one with stylized bird and another with an inscription in Eski Osmanlı Türkçesi (Old Ottoman Turkish) in Arabic alphabet “Mustafa”, has some other illegible writing in Arabic alphabet...

An elegant Ottoman tulip candlestick in the plain style. Bell-shaped base with deep drip tray, the rim with two loops, the multifaceted baluster neck ending in a tulip shaped finial. Condition: please look at the photos carefully (they make part of the condition report) drip tray and finial with a small, old loss, one loop with solder residue, negligible dents. Dimension: c. 27.3 cm high, base diameter: 10.8 cm, weight: 690 g.

A large silver tray of oval form with applied scrolling handles. The sloping sides of the salver with repousse decoration in the Turkish baroque style. Tughra and two other marks to either end of the tray, each handle with two hallmarks. Condition: traces of usage, the sides with two short cracks, one old repair with crack near the attachment of one handle (pic. 9). Dimension total: 41.5 cm long x 26.7 cm wide, weight: 760 g.

This is a fantastic, antennae hilted, bronze age sword found in Northern India. The patina suggests a high copper content. This museum quality piece measures roughly 495mm and weighs 523 grams. The blade is 8mm thick in the center and the antennae are roughly 12 mm thick. The measurement between the outer edges of the antennae is 8.5cm. The blade edge is jagged but the metal is solid and stable with no signs of repair. This is a very rare sword that needs to be in your collection!

The helmet's hemispherical skull is formed by hand-hammering a single piece of thick, solid steel. The interior displays visible hammer marks, while the exterior surface is entirely smooth. The skull is adorned with a long, thick spike and two plume holders.

The entire surface of the skull is finely hand-chiseled, in low relief, with a floral pattern and six circular medallions...

Large antique late 18th century Islamic Indo-Persian steel shield Separ-Dhal of a circular convex form. This shield is made from a single piece of thick solid steel that has been hand-hammered. The inside of the shield shows visible hammer marks, while the exterior surface is perfectly smooth. The shield also features four domed bosses and is affixed with four ring bolts on the reverse side for straps to hold it.

Antique 18th-19th century ottoman Islamic brass Qibla indicator and sundial, of round form, and affix with suspension ring. The face engraved with toponyms in Arabic and zodiac symbols. The sundial component is mounted with the folded triangle - form gnomen and a swiveling pin.

This compass and sundial was used by the Muslim faithful to locate qibla, or sacred direction towards the Ka'aba in Mecca for sholat (prayers)...
