A watch fob made up of 4 Satsuma decorative ceramic rounds with metal surrounds and chains. The backs of the mountings have the impressed Satsuma mark. This is a fine Japanese Satsuma sake pot or small teapot. It is signed by Kinkozan. Still retains part of the original Kinkozan sticker on the underside of the lid. Which means this piece was never used as a saki or teapot. It measures 4 1/2 inches across at the spout. The handle is slightly tattered but the pot is in excellent condition.

Pair of Chinese late Qing dynasty Guangxu period ginger jars with domed lids decorated in bright famille verte enamels with paradise flycatchers among peony flowers, rockery, and flowering plants set against a yellow ground. A stylized ruyi form band extends around the circumference of the top. 7 3/4" high x about 7 1/4" diameter. Circa 1900. Very good overall condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is a small brown production flaw to one lid.

Cheerful Chinese large bamboo brush pot featuring several scenes which consist of a boy and girl feeding five little biddies (chicks), a man dancing, a dog barking, and 4 boys playing hide and seek. A miniature vase, decorated in underglaze blue with garlands of grapevines. China, Yongzheng to early Qianlong, 18th century. Interestingly, the same decoration has been found on many of the blue and white plates in the cargo of Swedish East Indiaman Götheborg which went down just outside the town with that name in 1745. Height "3 ¼ / 8.3 cm. Condition: an old restoration overpaint to the mouth rim has been removed to leave just the filling (cf. pics).

Antique Japanese single section isho tansu (clothing chest). Kiri (paulownia) wood front with sugi (cryptomeria) wood frame and drawer interiors. Three full-width drawers, the middle drawer is 3/4 width with two small drawers to it's right hand side. Blackened iron hardware includes moko shaped drawer pulls and round lock plates.

A rare pair of original Japanese six panel screens depicting the four seasons of Ginza. The panels are painted in the traditional Kano school. Using exceptional technique, the images are hand painted with natural rimpa paint and ink and gold leaf ground on gofun paper. The six panels depict the seasonal landscape of a Ginza garden.
