An early 18th Century oval shaped meat plate decorated in underglaze blue depicting a lady and a boy in a garden landscape with a duck in a lotus pond. The base is unglazed. This item was made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, southern China for export to Europe (circa 1730 - 1750) during the reign of either the Yongzheng or the Qianlong emperor. Japanese Sumida Gawa lidded sake pot or teapot with brown, blue, cream, and pale gray flambé glaze coating dripping down the exterior of the pottery surface. Two applied children in high relief are on the side. A glazed white plaque with a Ban-ni mark in underglaze blue is on the back. 6” diameter x 3" high. Early 20th century. Very good overall condition with no cracks, chips, or losses. Typical wear and production imperfections. The handle is missing...
Antique Chinese Shiwan porcelain from the Republic Period, a finely hand-sculptured figurine depicting Daoist (Taoist) immortal Li Tieguai seated on a rocky base wearing a flowing monastic robe hanging from his left shoulder, clasping a crutch in his left hand, and a calabash gourd stands to his right.
The sculpture is signed (impressed stamp) with Chinese characters in a diamond-shaped frame at the base.

Small and elegant vase from around 1900, silver thread cloisonne enamel depicting flowers and birds in the style of Hayashi Kodenji. Auspicious Kanji mark to base: great happiness (?). Height "6/ 15.3 cm. Condition: enamel loss on the shoulder covered with black paint (cf. pics) and an associated scratch mark.
