A lovely Japanese porcelain Imari bowl with 2 ho-ho birds in the center symbolizing yin yang. Two more elaborate birds are painted on the inside panels. Unusual to find a decagonal bowl, it is in excellent antique condition with expected wear to the gold trim on the rim. Measures 7" (17.8 cm) across by 3" (7.6 cm) high. Signed on bottom. Dates 1700

An example of “Kenjo” Imari presentation ware, having high quality enamel decoration in reds, green, aubergine and gilding surrounding underglaze cobalt blue. There is a fine, lightly stained crackle to the interior and exterior base. This piece was made for domestic use in Japan and was not intended for export. Overall good condition. Purchased in Kyoto ca. 1974.

Rare Ming dynasty longquan celadon large lantern vase, rounded side with barrel shape and unglazed foot ring, celadon vase decorated with carved chrysanthemum flower motif, vertical ribbing on the neck and lower part, covered with nice green tone celadon glaze.
Vase is in good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration.

This jade pendant is well-carved with a design of peony flowers and leaves in low relief. The carving extends to the back, though simpler and flatter. It is a deep green with areas of lighter mottling, but when held to the light, it shows a brilliant translucent apple-green. It has an old probably 14k gold jump ring for attachment.

White stone has a very pale celadon tinge and some translucency where the carving is thin. The curving shaft terminating in a dragon’s head has a smaller chilong winding its way toward the larger dragon’s head. The underside is carved with a button for attachment. It is well-carved and polished and in very good condition. Acquired 20 years ago in a Richmond, Va. Estate.

This tall baluster vase is glazed in deep oxblood red that is suffused all around with patches of pale blue ranging to lavender and purple. The overall effect is somewhat reminiscent of a landscape painting. As a lamp, it retains its original brass fittings, but one socket is an old replacement. The wiring is intact and the lamp still functions...
Antique Chinese Jade belt hook carved in the form of a duck or a goose. The artist who carved the jade piece utilized the dark inclusions to carve the bill and feet. Age: Song Dynasty Size: height 0.75" width 0.9" length 2.1"
A Song/Yuan Celadon Censer. Diameter approximately 11 cm and height 6.2 cm. The censer has a hairline about 3.6 cm, 3(three) tiny chips at the rim (repaired) and an old repaired at the foot. Good condition.
A fine quality early eighteenth century dish decorated with a rather unusual Indian “sarasa” pattern with a Buddhist theme. The design is composed of flowers arranged in columns and rows. Inset within the “sarasa” ground are three lobed niche like reserves each containing a Dharma singing bird, emanations of the Amitabha Buddha, that reside in the Buddha’s Pure Land paradise...
A rare Song dynasty longquan celadon small lotus bowl, good condition with hairline at the rim, please see picture for detail size: 12 cm diameter.
A Ming dynasty 15th century Zhengde blue and white meiping, rounded side with spreading neck and flares stepped edge foot, base is unglazed, decorated with under glaze blue of flower scroll motif at the body, shoulder with lotus spray motif in four radiating panel.
Meiping is in very good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration, very good piece for any collector.
