A very rare Kakiemon moulded dish, ozara, in a nigoshide type porcelain body dating from the first period of the Kakiemon kiln at Nangawara. The dish is moulded with various motifs and symbols of Longevity, including, a pair of cranes, pine, bamboo, a minogame, and prunus, and a pair of precious objects an artemesin leaf combined with a flywhisk. A late Ming - Transitional Wanli - Tiangqi blue and white large jar, rounded side with globular body and glazed base, jar decorated with good underglaze blue of bird butterfly flower and landscape motif, jar is in good condition no damage no chip no crack no restoration, small glaze fritt at the rim, size: 22.5 cm height.

A large powerful and deep repousse Tibetan piece with features raised almost 5/8", measuring 4-1/4" in height by X 3-3/4" in width. In excellent condition with complete original gilding intact. Minor loss to the flaming aureole. Excellent detail. A substantial early depiction of a great subject.

A good example of a late 17th century Arita round bodied jug or wine ewer decorated with three lobed panels each with Peonies inset in a simplified Karakusa ground with additional scroll work to the shoulder and neck of the jug incorporating further floral motifs. The centre of the dish with a table display of bonsai-like foliage. The curved cavetto with plant-filled lozenges against a blue ground.

The mark within the foot-rim was used at the Chokichidani kiln and the Old Kakiemon kiln in the period 1655 ~ 1670’s...

This is a very finely cast Tibetan bronze fragment dating to the 17th century or possibly earlier. It depicts a wrathful deity, possibly Vajrabhairava, complete with finely modeled skull crown/tiara to the wrathful head. Please have a look at the photos and feel free to ask any questions. the piece measures 2.5" in height (6.25cm), not including the custom base. Exceptionally well cast with very fine detail. Not easy to find these days

A well, deeply potted porcelain dish, decorated in underglaze Cobalt blue with cranes and lotus. Swatow ware, late Ming ( sixteenth century ). Diameter : 28, 3 cm. H : 7 cm. Condition : The body itself in perfect condition with a nice bell like sound when tapped. Some faint cracks to the very nice glaze of the dish.
