Nice quality for the type with fine black cufic caligraphy on a cream-white ground.

A high quality earthenware bowl with incised decoration in green and painted in green and manganese on the exterior (Bamiyan type), afghanistan, c. 12th. century (Pre 1221 A.D.).

With carinated walls, and a beautiful Islamic symethric pattern in high relief in the interior. As typical for the most boldest specimens, the green and manganese colours are sort of splashed on the exterior side.

Hand forged iron hardware with Warabite handles. 9 drawers used for organizing artist supplies, Japanese carpenter hardware or store supplies. An exceptionally larger and thus rare pottery bowl with torquoise glaze, and a finely decorated pattern in black on the interior. Seljug period, 11th.-12th. century.

With silvery iridescence on the surface of both the interior and the exterior. Very beautiful colours. The patina and fine glass-like gloss is difficult to grasp in our pictures but is very visible in hand.

Size: 21-22 cm. in diameter and 10,5 cm. tall.

Square dish with straight rims, with elegant indentation on each corner. In the center two cranes (or similar birds) walking on rocks underneath a pine tree near the sea. On the inside of the rims a continuous border of heart-shaped flowers, on the outside a border with diamond pattern, broken by one cartouche on each side, containing a house. The top of the rim decorated with a karakusa-border.

White porcelain with underglaze cobalt blue decoration. No mark on back, but 25 tiny spur marks...

Each piece is 6.4 inches (16.2 cm) tall by 6.1 inches (15.5 cm) wide. The total weights is 2.6 Lb.
