Late 1800s

This semi-translucent turquoise cup has a flaring rim and a very slightly recessed base. It is unmarked and in very good condition. Acquired in Japan in 1975.

Early 1800s

This large and heavy bronze vase has thick walls and prominent relief decoration overall, including crests on the central portion of the body. The form is in the archaistic Chinese style with motifs adapted to Japanese taste. It retains its old yellowish-brown patina which darkens on the interior. The overall condition is good, having some wear to the foot and some light verdigris. The interior has patches of lighter colored incrustations...

Japanese antique set of six paintings by Ariwara Rozan depicting different scenes of birds and flowers including cranes and pine, sparrows and peonies, a goose and yellow roses, herons with a little crab and weeping willows with geraniums, white wisteria and more. Fully hallmarked with Tiffany & Co. and an M dating from 1875-1891, this sterling silver "dolphin" shaped server is in excellent condition. The scene on the handle is "Paris the son of Priam." It has exquisite details even on the back. It is monogrammed with "EW" on the back of the handle. It measures approximately 12" long and 3" at its widest. Some of the gilding on the serving part has worn off. The overall weight is 187.2 grams.

Patented 1878 and marked with a T dating it from 1891-1902, this server by Tiffany & Co. is done in the "Olympian" pattern. The scene depicted on the handle is "Venus born of the sea." The bottom portion is gilded on both the front and back. The intricate work continues to the face on the back of the handle and it is monogrammed at the top (please see picture # 8). It measures approximately 11.25" long and 3" at its widest. It is in excellent condition, and the overall weight is 205.3 grams.

Patented 1878 and marked with a C placing it between 1902-1907, this Tiffany & Co. server is made in the intricate "Olympian" pattern. The scene on the handle is "Venus Born of the Sea." It has a large shell shaped, gilded bowl. This one is not monogrammed but is in very good condition. It measures approximately 9.5" long and 3.25" across the widest portion of the bowl. It weighs 120.9 grams.

Antique Chinese coffer, made from huangju/yellow jumu, with large open compartment bordered with oriental carvings, below are two hinged doors with metal handles, five drawers, and one drawer at the top left and right sides of the coffer. 19th century Size: 34.75" height, 26.25" width, 10" depth
