The top section of each tansu has two large sliding doors, with inner shelving carved in an attractive alter style and two small drawers. One tansu has a middle section with two large doors on attractive hinges incised with a motif of kiri leaves, and a round pierced metal decoration with kiri leaves and flowers...

Although there is light discoloration, there is no damage and it is in very good condition overall. An exceedingly rare beaded purse with multicolored glass beads on a leather base, and with beaded and wood toggle closures. This early purse might be unique because of its age and that the date is actually worked into the decoration as part of the phrase "Gift of a Friend 1632". The interior of the purse is of a very soft, fine leather, probably deerskin or lambskin.

Especially considering its age the purse is in excellent and exceptional condition, with all the beadwork present...

A beautiful and extremely rare cider, or cyder, glass, featuring an elongated funnel bowl with very fine engraving of the word "cyder" and a fruiting bough with apples and leaves. The stem is surmounted with a double collar and contains a single series air twist (SSAT) with a 5 ply band...

A truly spectacular example of early Roman glass, being a sea-green bowl of shallow rounded form with a smooth edge and 28 exterior pronounced ribs converging at the bottom. A wheel cut triple band circles the lower flattened section of the bowl.

The diameter at the top rim is 6 1/8", and the height is 1 3/8". The condition of the bowl is superb, with no chips, cracks, or restoration and displaying a wonderful iridescence...

An elegant and rare Newcastle light baluster (NLB) antique English trick wine glass, with a round funnel bowl set on a tall stem with a shoulder annular knop above a knop, above a large, teared medial knop, finishing with a ball basal knop. Conical foot with rough snapped pontil.

The bowl is Dutch engraved with a band of leaves and flowerheads, with a sprig below. The "trick" to this glass is that it is a dribble glass, with holes in the center of three of the flowerheads...
