A Nabeshima style dish hand painted with an underglaze blue “karahana” pattern. The reverse decorated with Shippo-tsunagi, six coins bound with trailing ribbons to the reverse and a comb pattern to the foot. The dish measures 18.5cm in diameter (six suns) and stands 4.5cm high. The foot-rim measures 8.6cm in diameter and is 1.2cm high. The dish is in good condition no cracks, chips or restoration...
Set of 12 English Mintons Porcelain Cobalt blue and Etched Gold border Dinner plates, 10 1/4" diameter, 1" high, with brilliantly encrusted and raised gold border on top of the
cobalt blue wider border, and impressed mark "Mintons Est. 1793 England", "g6262" in Red plus impressed mark on the bottom. The condition is very good, no damages, gold etched raised borders have some reflections from the camera settings, all in excellent condition.

Porcelain plate made in China for the 17th century Japanese market. Blue and white design of a bird in a pine tree draped in moss. Encircled with a thin ring of blue. The edges of the plate and the many small irregularities in the firing are especially prized in this type of ware.

A Rare blue and white Guan jar, decorated with a pair of Gui dragon holding leaf flanked by panels and classic scrolls design to the rim. Da Ming Xuan De Nien Zhe within double circle and of the period. Condition was broken to 10 pieces then re-glued with minor missing area. Height: 19,5 cm.

Rare and important head of a bearded apostle, his face showing a strong and passionate expression. Polychrome wood. Eyes made of glass painted inside. Of Spanish origin, dating back to the 18th century, this head was found in the Philipines in 1978, together with the centurion head (see our stock number 1-1013 ). Height: 29 cm. Old accident on the left side of the head, left eye missing, (see photos), otherwise very good condition...
