This is a wonderful example of mingei craft with a very playful image. Butterflies exist in Japanese folk imagery, but are not so common. This piece would be lovely framed.
A good rare Yuan dynasty blue and white small guan jar, rounded side with globular body and unglazed base, jar decorated with good under glaze blue of chrysanthemum flower scroll motif.
Jar is in very good condition with short fine glaze line at the rim, no chip, no restoration.

One-Of-A-Kind 18th Century Korean Staff Sword, Changpogeom, a style of sword unique to Korea, with seven gold inlay dots on each side representing the Seven Star Spirit (Chilseong), an ancient Daoist deity that controls fortune. Antique Changpogeom are rare. It's a staff with a fighting blade inside. And a Chilseong Changpogeom (Seven Star Staff Sword) is so rare that this may be the only surviving example...

The globular body set on a raised, slightly fraring ring foot and with sharply everted
rim and applied handles, with a domed cover, pierced with buddhistic tragrams
and a pierced dodecahedrom form finial, decorated in a thick white, clear,
blue tinged glaze.
It’s in fine condition but some hair line cracks on body.
Measurements: 17cm H. x16cm D. (6 ¾” x 6 ¼”).

Korea, early Joseon dynasty, 15th -16th century
Ashallowed stoneware bowl tapering to a raised ring foot, decorated with
brushed white slip inlaid with a centural medallion containing a flowerhead
surrounded by bands of “rope-curtain” design and multiful ring patern,
the exterior decotated with also mutiful white slip ring inlays,
beneath a pale celadon glaze.
It’s in fine condition except 2 hair line cracks...
