A pair of tall beautiful Bohemian art glass vases decorated (most probably by acid etching) with pastoral scenes. Each vase is 13 3/4 inches (35 cm) tall and 5 3/4 inches (14,5 cm) wide at the widest. Overall, the vases are in good condition (there are some flea-bites on rims and a tiny flea-bite on the body of one vase). Unsigned - attributed to Beyermann of Haida based on decor and shape.
A beautiful, early (C; 1887) Rookwood pottery nut-dish, signed by artist. The dish is 6 inches long, 4 3/8 inches wide and 1 3/8 inches high. It is in good condition (expected age-related crazing). Properly marked on bottom.
A beautiful, hand-painted creamer and sugar set in ornate Wilcox quadruple-plated silver holders. Both pieces of glass are decorated with flowers, butterflies, etc. The metallic holders have superb wrap-around decor. The creamer is 5 1/4 inches wide and 4 3/8 inches high, while the sugar container is 4 1/2 inches wide and 4 1/4 inches high. This adorable antique Japanese Sumida Gawa vase has turned iron-red body, neck covered with a glaze of various shades of grey, green and black dripping down the shoulder and into the mouth. With children carrying a Buddhist drum and seated on the side of the vase. This piece is signed on a glazed plaque on side.
Condition: The vase is in good overall condition. As the photos show there is minor old damage; one of child's hand is missing and there is a crack on the body...
