A pair of English heavy crystal sterling silver topped liquor decanters dated 1963. These 7-1/4" tall decanters have fancy round stoppers giving a total height of 9-1/4". The necks are sterling silver and they are fully hallmarked for London, England 1963. They have the P&W maker's mark for Preece & Williscombe (1934-1960) and they are molded (or moulded) rather than cut crystal. They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

Hanging censer, measuring 15 1/2" from top loop to bottom of censer, 5 1/2" wide, the censer body 8" high. Unmarked, tests silver, 800 or above. Early pieces were rarely marked. The censer body hangs by silver chains, attached to figural subjects, and is decorated heavily with bands of foliate designs and roroco repossee motifs. From the workshop of George Roth of Hanau Germany, ca 1895, this silver casket is beautifully crafted in the French rococo style. It measures 4 1/2" x 4 5/8" x 3", and is good heavy weight, 12 troy ounces. The interior has some remnants of gilding remaining, and the locking mechanism is visible (no key). It is stamped on the bottom with the marks of George Roth, with crowns over an A, a P, and a Fleur de lis. George Roth was a silversmith in Hanau, working between 1891 and 1908, and like man...

By the Philadelphia PA silversmith, Christian Wiltberger (1766-1851), this lovely cream jug was likely made around 1800, as Wiltberger was active in Philadelphia from the 1790s until the early years of the 19th century. It measures 5 1/8" high to top of handle, and is 4 1/4" wide. Signed on the bottom with Wiltbergers stamp, and has a W etched into the front (probably the owners initial). An extraordinary pair of early 19th century Sheffield plate covered entree servers, with beautiful shell designs on all corners. They each measure 12 1/2" x 9 1/4" x 6 1/2" high and are unsigned.
