Doris was a shop in Cuernavaca. The beads of pottery and Mexican jade are wrapped with copper and a solid base to keep it settled when worn. The pottery beads are also threaded with copper wire as well. The underneath was welded with silver (tested) solder to hold tight. All the round beads are higher content silver. The beads are dented with dark patina in their crevices. The jade is with matrix and worn. This entire necklace is made with old, not perfect beads...
