Here is a beautiful, graceful necklace, featuring 2 large grass-green peridots. The central stone is cushion cut, and the dangle is pear shaped. It is decorated with a total of 28 seed pearls of colors that vary a little, as is usual, set into leaves & vine-like gold ribbons. It is marked 14k on one leaf and on the spring ring. In excellent condition. The decorative panels measure 3-1/2" x 1", and the whole thing measures 15-1/4" total (we have gold necklace extenders available if you need a longer chain). Circa 1910. Peridots are the birthstone for August. They symbolize youthfulness and spring, and are thought to bring health and wealth. The photos are part of the description, so please examine them carefully.
