This is a smashing sterling and wire wrapped glass ball pendant and chain by Modernist Paul Lobel. It is three dimensional and interesting from every angle. A great size, measuring 2 1/2" including the bail, it is on its' original chain 18" also made by Paul Lobel. It is in fine original condition and both the pendant and the chain clasp are signed LOBEL STERLING. One of the nicest Lobel pieces I have seen.

It is not easy to stumble upon a vintage Los Ballesteros carved "mask" ring but when one does find an example, what a feast it is! There is nothing "timid" about this piece. The philosophy here is big, bold and beautiful and I believe that the Los Ballesteros workshop accomplished all this monumentality in the most amazing, masterful, and eye-pleasing way. Elegant sterling silver and black obsidian necklace designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). The necklace will comfortably fit up to a 16 1/2" neck. The necklace drapes beautifully and is in exquisite condition with no issues. Fully hallmarked. The clasp is tight and secure. Antonio designs have been included in numerous museum collections and exhibits.

A superb three dimensional sterling and amethyst hinged cuff by Taxco silversmith Margot De Taxco. A bracelet in constant motion with curling and swirling forms edged in silver beading and 8 teardrop shaped cabachon amethysts budding forth from silver stems. It is exquisite in every way and a Margot piece that I have never seen before. It is 3 3/4" long in the front and 7" around in the inside. A pair of silver filigree and blue turquoise dangle tear drop earrings from the 1900 1920 era. These 2-1/8" long Edwardian earrings feature fine silver filigree work and natural turquoise cabochon stones and large robin's egg blue teardrop shaped drops. Stunning, heavy sterling bracelet with azur-malachite by Enrique Ledesma, c.1950. He is best known for his impeccable work fusing silver with stone. Classy Mexican Deco silver and amethyst brooch signed by Fred Davis, there is something about the sculpturality of this piece that makes me think it might be a Valentin Vidaurreta design.
