Description:
A fine and nice tripod censer was applied on the surface with black glaze.
It was in decent look by well proportioned body with three supporting feet.
The feet was shaped with well-executed skill by apparently a bamboo cutter or some hard tools.
'Cause obvious scraping scars were left at the feet trunks.
The scars were also approved by a documented piece.(See last picture.)

A long “Hengaku” framed painting meant to sit above the transom by Yoshimura Horyu featuring monkeys riding on the back of a deer. One has fallen and is being dragged along like a water-skier by vines tangled in the deers horns. A very humorous scene by this rare Osaka artist. Pigment and ink on silk mounted on gold with a carved rosewood frame. The frame is 154.5 x 50 cm (61 x 20 inches) and is in fine condition, with toning to the silk typical of age.

Gilt silver and plique a jour enamel hors d'oeuvre fork by the famous Norwegian silversmith Marius Hammer. Circa 1890-1930. Size: 4.5 inch length. Condition: some minor lines and nicks in the enamel. This small two-tined fork has a twisted gilt silver stem, with a finial decorated in shaded, translucent enamels in the form of red berries and leaves that shade from blue to green. Hallmarked on the tines with the initials of Marius Hammer and the .900 silver standard.
