Handmade sterling silver pin or brooch designed and signed circa 1930's by American and Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. Pin measures 2 1/4" X 2". The eagle and serpent design is an integral part of the Mexican flag. The pin is in beautiful condition with no dents, dings or repairs. Excellent aged patina. Pinback and lock work perfectly. Hundreds and hundreds of tiny sparking rhinestones compose this unsigned 1940's brooch. The crystal center stone is a rich blue and is faceted in an unusual way that gives it maximum glitter. Wearing this brooch means letting it take center stage without any other jewelry for competition! Brooch is 4 1/4" in diameter and has a smooth silver-colored metal back.

George I style sterling silver sugar caster, London, 1908, manufactured by the Gold and Silversmiths Company Ltd., of octagonal baluster form and with an intricately pierced top. Size: 6.5 inches ht. Weight - 4 troy ounces. Condition: very good, no monogram, with only a tiny ding to body (see photo detail), no wobble, stamped with a complete set of matching hallmarks on the body and on the cover and with manufacturer's full name struck on underside of base.
Description: A miniature porcelain figure was molded as Bu-dai Buddha with bare and protruding belly. With characteristic wide smile he was solid shaped as a porcelain toggle which was rarely seen. It was an excavation piece. The incursions were obvious within the pleats. The stand was newly custom made in a pattern of leaves troves.

Spectacular & rare this vintage 940 sterling silver chrysocolla bracelet was designed & signed c. 1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Early Velazquez repousse bracelet with a center height of 2.5 inches. The carved jade face is without chips or cracks. There is some glare in the pictures. This repousse has great dimension and is 104 grams heavy. With a length of just over 7in. long and a diameter of 2.5in. when closed it will fit most. Velazquez was known for his Mexico City repousse in the folkloric style that Matl, Matilde Poulat is also known for. A must have for collectors.
