A painting Sunset Glow Mt...

Description: A beautiful Imperial blue-ground porcelain bowl in large size was painted to the exterior with five-clawed dragon motif. In iron-red, the imperial motif of dragons were paired with Phoenix and decorated with patterns of tendrils flowers and weeds. A real imperial porcelain was in quite large size and very unique colour. Date: Qing Dynasty, Guang-xu mark and period (AD1875-1908) Width: 25.5cm Condition: very good except some kiln defects within the foot rim.

A rare example of Yuan dynasty blue & white bowl, with typically decorated inside and outside of the pattern had been usually used on the bowl. Condition is damaged like indicate on the pictures, with some nail chips and glue restoration. It’s a good and genuine example excavated piece found in South Sulawesi several years ago, very useful for comparison to the fake products. Diameter: 17 cm.

A beautifully potted octagonal Jun-Yao bowl from the Song Dynasty (960 – 1276). The colour of the bowl is more to the purplish side than blue hue that is shown in the picture. This is due to the light reflection that throws out the blue colour. The foot stand is burnt to light russet brown in colour with a small chip.

Some minor abrasion. A single chip to the stand of the bowl (Picture 6). There are no crack, restoration or repair...

This is a very beautifully potted and unusual Yuan Dynasty(1277-1367) qingbai (yingqing) meiping or plum vase. It has a thick foot base then rise slightly upward to a beaded and slightly baluster body with a slightly rounded and then flat shoulder and then rising to a single loop neck. The design is that of moulded lotus flowers and leaf in various stages of flowering in four carthouces on the shoulder as well as the body...

A blue & white dish, decorated in the center with figure of Shou Lau on the deer on the back ground of landscape, six Chinese characters on the cavetto “Jin Yu Chang Ming Fu Kui”. Underside with emblems and continuously floral scroll. Ming dynasty 16th century, Zhengde period. Condition with re-touched two tiny chips to rim, some short old hairline appears, further in good condition. Diameter: 19.8 cm.

Born in Italy, this silversmith came to the U.S. at an early age settling in the Southwest and achieved great recognition for his blending of European and Native American design. Measuring 5 1/2" around in the inside with a 1 1/8" opening, it is 1" wide...

A stunning 970 silver and moonstone bracelet by Antonio Pineda. The stones are clear and blue, all original and no chips or cracks. Measuring 7" around in the inside, it is 5/8" wide. The closure is one of the moonstones that you press so the bracelet looks continuous when on the wrist. It weighs 60 grams, is all original and in beautiful condition.Signed as shown. Exceptional!

A very interesting and beautifully made sterling parrot necklace by Tane, the silver manufacturing company in Mexico City whose emphasis is on quality. The founders arrived in Mexico City in 1942 and the Tane Company greatly expanded in the 1960's and 1970's with the assistance of Tiffany & Co. The necklace is hinged in the back and the opening is incorporated into the head of the parrot. It is approximately 14 1/2" around in the inside and is 1" wide at the parrots' chest...

The comment about this bracelet by the author of the catalogue reads " Sigi's purity of form is defined by a fascination with style developments in the modern art world". This beautiful bracelet measured 5 3/4" around in the inside with a 1" opening...

A superb sterling bracelet of three dimensional triangle shaped links by Danish designer Hans Hansen. It has an ingenious closure of a screw bolt. Measuring 7 1/2" end to end and 1" wide, it weighs 57 grams and is in fine original condition. Signed and numbered as shown. Spectacular in every way.
