A 10k yellow gold signet ring set with a genuine natural bloodstone from the 1960s. This is a blue and white brush rest for a scholar study. The brush rest is manufactured in the likeness of blue and white wares on which Arabic and Persian inscriptions appear during the reign of emperor Cheng-Te, Ming dynasty. The painting is like a scroll work know as the “Muhammadan scrolls” with inter-twining foliage.

An Arabic inscription is found on both sides of the brush rest, in the centre of the brush rest, in a diamond shape medallion...

'Mesmerizing' is what one client of Mimi Dee Artwear stated to describe the light dancing through vintage amber. Nine vintage 14mm rich red faceted beads, that passed the friction electrostatic acetone amber test, and New 18K GOLD (not gf, not vermeil) were used to make this delish bracelet! Although flat it measure 8.25, while the 18K Gold S hook is engaged it measures a comfortable 7" in the interior. Hand knotted for security! Only one. Sold, no price, no info.

A square cover made of very delicate red silk with the design of small flowers, lancet-shaped leaves, "mir-i-boteh" pines and tendrils, entirely embroidered in polychrome silks and silver wrapped thread. Purple silk lining with loops. Condition: clean, fabric with losses and splits, partially with backed and restored areas. Dimension : 119 cm x 117 cm.

Chinese carved jade model of a brilliant green chloromelonite jadeite oval plaque, with qilin beneath pine, and verso with phoenix and flowering branch motifs (possibly color enhanced but not tested). Stunning, elegant and rare this sterling silver & turquoise necklace was designed & signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist artist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). Necklace measures 17 wearable inches long X 1 inch wide at the center panel. Weight - 194 grams, 6.08 oz. The 13 "floating" stones are very closely matched in color and all are in beautiful condition as is the silver. Slide in clasp is tight and secure. Hallmarked on the clasp with Antonio crown, 970 & eagle 121...

A silver inlayed bronze incense burner by Inami Keishu enclosed in the original signed wooden box. It is 5-1/2 inches (14 cm) tall and in fine condition. Inami Keishu worked in metal for more than 60 years. He has been often exhibited and prized with the Nihon Kogei Kai (National Crafts Association) among many other National Events.

 

A finely and rare design of late 15th century small dish, decorated in the centre with a Lotus pond. Underside with figures design. Ming dynasty late 15th century, possibly Chenghua-Hongzhi private kiln ware. Condition is perfect except two short firing cracks to the base, free from restoration. Diameter: 12 cm.

A fine large Qianlong celadon porcelain plate marked. It was decorated with a rebus of fortune, five bats, a rebus of happiness surrounding a central longevity character medallion in cobalt blue on a lustrous celadon glaze. The bottom was marked with the seal mark in underglaze blue and gilt. Condition : Perfect, no chips, cracks, hairlines or restoration. Dating: Qianlong mark and period (AD1735 - 1796); Diameter: 21 cm

This is a smashing sterling and wire wrapped glass ball pendant and chain by Modernist Paul Lobel. It is three dimensional and interesting from every angle. A great size, measuring 2 1/2" including the bail, it is on its' original chain 18" also made by Paul Lobel. It is in fine original condition and both the pendant and the chain clasp are signed LOBEL STERLING. One of the nicest Lobel pieces I have seen.

A very elegant pair of Antique Andon lamps dating from the Meiji period in the original storage box from a Kyoto estate. The box is dated Meiji 36 (1904) and stylistically these fit perfectly into that era, with a fine transparent red lacquer finish. They are in excellent condition, each standing 31 inches (79 cm) tall, 8-1/2 inches (22 cm) square. Due to size these will require special shipping consideration, the cost to be accrued separately.

c 1900 Buckle Ring w English Hallmarks and "P&FJ" with the Lion, possible Leopard Head and the Letter G as English Hallmarks for London? Shows some age in the softened edges on the shoulders of the ring size ~ 6.5 with signs of having been sized and could be resized once more. Pretty Nice condition for age. Sold, no price, no info.
